I’ve ordered take-out from here numerous times since it opened, and I know how amazing the food can be when it is made right. Most of the time everything is perfect and the pizza is some of the best I’ve ever had in the Tallahassee area.Unfortunately, tonight my experience was not so great. I went in to pick up my order and was asked to look in the boxes to make sure everything looked okay. I quickly glanced in both boxes, said yes, and hurried on my way. I did happen to notice that both the cheesy bread and the pizza looked a little well done, but I guess I didn’t look hard enough, as I was in a bit of a hurry. My bad. Once I got home, I realized that the pizza, and especially the cheesy bread, were burnt so badly that they were mostly inedible. The cheesy bread tasted more like a burnt, hard cracker with crunchy cheese on it and was thrown away.I’m not sure why anyone would think it would be okay to box something like this up and hand it to a customer? When I pay over $30.00 (and a tip) for a medium-sized cheese pizza and cheesy bread, I expect it to be cooked to near perfection, and most definitely edible.I would have been more than happy with just being told that my food was accidentally overcooked, and not yet ready for pickup because my order was being remade. Instead, I was handed two boxes of expensive, inedible burnt food and my Friday night pizza dreams were crushed.

I’ve lived In Woodville all of my 53yrs and can honestly say that I can’t remember ever enjoying a restaurant in my little town as much as I do here. The atmosphere is warm and friendly every time, the food is amazing every time, the staff and service is top notch every time! ??
