“The Blue Tavern is a true gem in the Tallahassee Community. Carrie (owner) and Heather (bartender) are welcoming, caring, inclusive. This place has the best music in town on a consistent basis. Carrie works hard to support the community; it is like home. The "regulars" are genuine folx and the musicians and performers are great, too. Please support and enjoy! Food is great, too. Highly recommend.“

“Our daughter had a robotics competition across the street at the FSU college of engineering. This was an eight hour endeavor & we found this awesome Renegade Bar and Grill right on the golf course! Walked right across the street. Totally delighted with it. The ribeye and wedge salad was wonderful and my son loved his Ruben. Beautiful view of the golf course and I was so happy you didn’t have to be a member to eat there. Awesome and friendly service too! Really impressed and enjoyed our time there.“

“A great little cafe to grab a bite before or after a flight. I only give 4-stars because the food is as good as you will find in any American airport. Its not an elevated bar, and the prices are a bit high, far too much for the location, but the food is actually quite good, and presentation was also above most. The service is pretty good. The biggest detractors are the food pricing and limited options, and lack of lighter choices.“

“Our server was exceptionally professional graceful kind and personable. He paird our meal with a well suggested wine and we enjoyed our very memorable birthday anniversary celebration. We also stayed at the hotel which had an amazing bar on the top floor and a intimate pool room/ library were we played a fine game of pool with beautiful ambiance that included a fireplace, TV and great music. One of our finest experiences yet.“

“Stopped in for a bite, my first time, and had heard great things about their blue cheese dressing, I did try it and it tastes like blue cheese (other flavors didn't mask or obscure the blue cheese flavor) you can see the crumbles. I didn't order anything that went with it, I just had to try it.
I ordered the candied jalapeño popper dip it comes with their house bread. Both are very tasty. The dip itself is a cold dip and similar to a cheese ball. It is spreadable moderate sweetness with some jalapeño fire. It will light up your mouth and open sinuses but not so hot you have to stop eating maybe a sip or two of your favorite beverage will do, we couldn't stop eating it. I also had the turkey club plenty of meat but if you want extra you can do that too for an additional fee, I just don't know where they would put it. It was very good but after the dip I could only manage half.
Service was great, thanks Haley for taking good care of us. She was fast friendly and around if we needed her.
Highly recommend the dip it would be a nice snack while having some cocktails, I might just make that my next trip.“
