Called to ask a question and was first sent to voicemail, called again, lady was very rude all she said was “hello” gave me a one word answer and hung up.

Their spicy Italian sausage is amazing and HOT! Natural casing and seasoning is on point, not tons of fennel, like mass produced brands. Didn't get a chance to try their meals as they had just shut down the grill for cleaning, but hope to the next time we visit.

Pizza was delicious and staff was friendly, clean establishment, however, would love to see more development in this area so Urban Food Market isn't out there on its own.

Went last night with the family, Wife and I orderd burgers at Bechers. We waited 30 minutes before asking about our 2 burgers (one without bun). They told us the first one was up (had been for a few minutes) - and then he started the second one. By the time they were finished, mine was cold and well done (ordered medium rare). My wife's didn't have the aioli.

Waited over 35 minutes for our food. It was a busy night and the staff was skipping orders. My husband's burger was ready 10 minutes before mine, was overdone, and cold. They were serving people that ordered after us. No apology, no attempt to correct their process. Saw several people request refunds due to long delay. I would not recommend and will not go back.

There was a thirty minute wait to get the food, and my burger was up and sitting before my wife's was even started. So, I had cold food. My wife's was warm but they forgot the aeoli. In addition to being child my burger was well done, but medium rare. I recommend McDonalds before Bechers

Becher Marketplace Butchers takes you to the roots of all Italian cuisine. In its collection of meats and cheeses, you find the staples of Italian cooking and the dishes available throughout Urban Food Market. A charcuterie board from Becher can be a meal in and of itself, especially since the variety of items allows you to mix and match to suit your particular tastes. I personally love the mortadella and salami paired with a hard block of Pecorino Romano and a bit of soft Brie. Like Digia, Becher allows you to take the market experience home with you as you find a pound or two of meats and cheeses to spice up your own cooking.

I'm a big fan of the lamb skewers (Anosticini) - so count on me to order up 4-6 of those. Coupled with grilled asparagus and it's hard to beat. This butcher shop serves up chicken, beef, pork, lamb on the grill. Additionally, you'll find great sides to couple up with the proteins. Oddly, folks seem to overlook this option at the Urban Food Market - lines queue up for pasta and pizza (both awesome, mind you) but this and the sandwich outlet seem almost forgotten. If I'm not ordering the skewers, I have either the filet or the sausage sandwich. Coral S.'s photos of the fare cannot be beat, btw!

This is the place for lunch! Sausage and peppers to die for, quick, cheap, homemade, and the rest of the meats look better than anything in the grocery store. Wife and I are coming back for lunch again real soon.
