Nathan was great! He helped me out so much when trying to figure out which dessert to get for my girlfriend because I wanted to surprise her. He was so helpful, also I love the coffee shop vibe and seems peaceful in there. WILL be back!

Beignets were delicious 😋 and super cute atmosphere. There is indoor and patio seating. Nice touches like lemon water openly available. Happy that they had other drink options besides coffee. Service very friendly.

We had such a wonderful experience! The customer service was outstanding, and although they don’t host birthdays, the management went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter and her guests for her Sweet 16 celebration. The atmosphere was so cute and perfect for the occasion.

I had such a great experience at Beignets and Brew thanks to Zach and Logan! Even though it was super busy, they were both so patient and welcoming. I had lots of questions about the menu, and they took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. Their customer service was amazing and really made the visit enjoyable. Definitely appreciate the extra care they put into making sure we had a great experience—I’ll be coming back!

So great Zach and Logan really took care of us even when it was crowded! Great 10/10 customer service and really has the interactive customer feeling and omg the workers are so hot and just nice people all around. The food was sooo amazing and balanced. I love it so much

The guys were so friendly and helpful. The Chantilly Sundae was amazing! Shared it with my mom and sister for her birthday treat. I will definitely be back!

My daughter requested here for her 10th Birthday with her bestie! It did not disappoint. Staff was super friendly. My daughter spilled her drink and instantly they told her no worries, made her a new one(no charge) and cleaned up the mess with a smile. Food was delicious and yummy! Staff asked how everything was when we finished and spoke to my daughter about her birthday! We all left with smiles! We will be back!
