Absolutely disgusting. The bathroom smells as bad, and has the cleanliness of an outhouse. The floors are sticky, nothing is clean. Food and bowls left on table and employees just sitting around playing on their phones. Waited 20 min for an order that was supposed to be done by the time I arrived. Absolutely will never be back.

Don't order ahead here for lunch. Ordered
15 minutes ahead if my arrival, said it would be 15 minutes. Got there 20 minutes later and had to wait another hour before I was able to leave with my food. Watched multiple other people waiting just as long for their food. I watched them serve 2 meals the entire time I was there. Food was fine but not worth wasting my entire lunch break.

We have been going to Bento for a while now, but we likely will not return after our last visit. I see others here are having the same experience.

We love going on Mondays for Kids Eat Free, but the last two trips have made us not want to return. Although we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time, our food came out late, and our kids were missing items from their kids meal. Our boxes were also missing items... When we brought it up, we were told that's how the boxes/meals were now. However, I do not see that with other Bento locations. It felt like an excuse. Nothing was done to make up for the missing food items, either.

It seemed like only two college guys working that didn't really want to be there. Which is fair, but come on.... We were the only ones in there! Get it together. This was one of our favorite family spots.

Long story short, placed an online order at 12:30. Said it'd be ready at 12:42. Didn't get my food until 1:15. Had to be visibly irritated before the food was finally made.

as soon as we walked we were hit with the smell of sewer. it smelled like the bathrooms had flooded and they still decided to open. we immediately left because it grossed us out completely. i don’t think it is safe to be preparing and serving food in that kind of condition

Don’t order from this restaurant via Uber Eats!
I ordered a simple noodle bowl and was quoted 30 minutes to complete the order, then 30 minutes later they changed it to 1.5 hours!! This is unacceptable to have to wait until after 10pm for food. I tried calling the restaurant but they didn’t answer the phone when called.
They quoted the delivery for 10:10, yet the restaurant closed at 10.
They obviously do not prioritize delivery orders as they were waiting until closing time to complete it.

Went in for dinner around 9:15, walking in I noticed that the floors were sticky and multiple people were waiting for food. Ordered for to-go right after going in and around 9:50 they brought out my friend’s food but it was the complete wrong order so she went to get it fixed. It was another 15 minutes before she got her correct order. At one point I stood up to try and ask about my order and I saw a large stack of orders just sitting behind the counter, including what I assume was my order. I couldn’t get anyone’s attention, as the only two people seemed swamped with orders. I finally got my food around 10:15 and when I got home just a few minutes later most of my food was no longer warm. I used to enjoy bento but I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon. Definitely not worth the hour wait.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. They got my order wrong and replaced it with BURNT TASTE FOOD. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND WITH ANYONE. IF I CAN REVIEW -1 I WOULD DEFINITELY DO.

The bathrooms had no toilet paper in it and were disgusting. There was a bug crawling around in the women’s bathroom and there were no hand towels in the men’s. The tables are so dirty and the overall establishment is so gross and needs to be deep cleaned… EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE CLEANED. So sad cuz I love the food here but makes me not want to return.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and food quality at your establishment. Despite clear communication with your customer service team, our order was processed incorrectly, leading to an experience that was far from satisfactory. Your establishment’s lack of competence is deeply concerning and has a damaging impact on your reputation. We paid good money for a meal that was not only undercooked but also served lukewarm. The inclusion of stale avocados in our meal led me to seriously question your food quality standards.

Moreover, the food was bland and lackluster, and the wait was unreasonably long. To add insult to injury, an item was missing from our order. Despite these glaring problems, we were still charged. This audacious act is utterly unacceptable! `Furthermore, the overall cleanliness of your establishment was subpar. The carpets were visibly dirty and emitted an unpleasant odor, indicating a lack of responsibility on the part of your staff. This further added to our dissatisfaction with the experience.

Ensuring consistent quality control is crucial in the food industry, as it directly impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty. From properly cooked meals to fresh ingredients, attention to detail and rigorous quality checks can make a significant difference in the overall dining experience. I would like you to take immediate action to fix these issues. (STAY AWAY)!!!!
