It rates down there with the absolute worst I've experienced. Party of 5 walk in, and the greeting wanted to make me walk out(I'll explain)but sat down anyway. There was no running water, which meant no ice. We weren't told that until after we ordered our drinks , hence the greeting, I suppose. She then said she was having a bad day when I asked her how she was doing. The soda was flat without ice ,so I went next door and bought a bag of ice from Family Dollar. You know, cause,I'm a problem solver. 🤦Anyways, about 20 minutes went buy and after the kitchen staff had used most of the ice we finally got our drinks. After another 15 minutes she took our order. Food hit the table 1.5 hrs later, and the fries were not hot. The burgers were cold, and like one person put it, " you could read through the tomato." it was so thin. I was still charged full price after I supplied our own drinks and ice. One and done. Somebody should open a burger joint in Woodville and put this place out of business.

Waited over an hour to get a call my foods ready for 3 burgers two shakes wings and mozzarella sticks. I ordered a buff blue burger but was made a regular burger without asking if that was OK first. I would have probably got a Philly instead. I guess because they were out of blue cheese. I was hungry and didn't want to wait another hour so i blew it off. Being the type of person I am I still left 15 dollar tip on a 65 dollar bill thinking maybe the shakes will be good. Then the waitress said she was about to make my smoothies in a second. I sat down and waited another 20 min. After realizing my shakes were not going to be made as she was carrying on with a customer she knew personally I decided to leave without a refund, cold food, or my shakes because I had somewhere to be. I left 2 stars instead of one because this place used to be good.

Smallest wings I've ever seen. When called to talk to them about it, the girl said "well you only paid .60 cent per wing"... that is true, it is the special on Sunday night. I would happily paid full price for normal size wings.
I would highly suggest getting your wings somewhere else.

I always go to this establishment and believe in supporting small businesses! I ordered 3x 12 pieces order of wings 1x all flats FRIED SOFT and the other to mixed fried normal! I was told I’d get a call when ready, ok cool normal procedure! Within 10 minutes or less I received the call order ready for pickup I thought that was quick as I told the young lady that called me! So at that time I ordered a cheeseburger combo as well added to my order. I get there had to wait 15 min or so no problem! The kicker I get my wings check the first order all flats!!! They were fried to a crisp and super small as the other 2 orders were as well !! This was my worst time ever here ! First review I’ve ever done as well let’s do better Big Randy !!!!

I was disappointed. I like to support small businesses. The visit was ridiculous there was no one in the store and a 40-minute plus wait to get the food. The cashier was pleasant but the cook seems like she was upset or we were bothering her. One of the monster Philly steak cheese was edible but the fries that came with it was stale you can tell it was refried. The other Philly steak cheese my daughter wanted her vegetables on the side do they give her the vegetables but it was not even cooked or sauteed. And barely any meat inside. Now I understand why they always empty. All I know is I won't go back again. I was really hoping to have a good place to eat on my way home.

When I tell you I have been a rider for Big Randy's on Woodville.. smh...We went there tonight. We walked in, all happy. I'm all excited because I see a new bar (and its been a long week).
First red flag. I order my margarita and the response is "my boss is the only one who can make mixed drinks, but he's not here. But he'll be right back."
We order our food, wait forever and the food was HORRIBLE. I ordered buffalo wings and a pet peeve of mine is for my wings to not be adequately tossed in the sauce. If I wanted dry wings with some hot sauce on it, I can order that. That's minor compared to the experience though, because, what I received was not chicken. It may have been Cornish hen or pigeon wings. The wings were no bigger than my pinky finger. Unfortunately, they were fried as if they were regular size wings which means they were overcooked to the point of inedible. And cold. My order and my mom's order of wings came out like this.
We were told there were no hamburger buns and the substitution was Texas toast. My dad ordered a hamburger. Came out with a bun. Branon ordered a patty melt, because "there were no buns" and he got a burger on white bread. He sent it back and the picture is what you see...
My mom ordered a salad with her wings. Asked about it twice, never got it.
It was very obvious they were short staffed. And we felt for the staff that was there... but to be honest I rather everyone just leave and shut it down, bc why does the consumer have to suffer?
When the young man finally brought our check before I even looked at it, I looked him in his eye and calmly said, "please take off the wings and the burger, and my mom did not get her salad". He nodded his head. Came back a few minutes and took my card out of my hand. Branon hands him $20 in cash as a tip because we know he is going through it and we are not trying to blame him. I never saw the check. He brings my card back, trembling, and I look at the total and its obvious he did not oblige. You see the receipt. The wings, the salad: still there. He took off the burger.
I wish them well and God bless them. I will never be back. It's a shame, I will relish the memories.
Oh, and if you were wondering, "the boss" never came back... shame on him.

I gave more stars than you deserve because I live 5 minutes away and I want them to thrive. But I think big Randy is on the golf. Course/ fishing /lives in another state. Big Randy should come down and help the employees with the systems that are in place. I call ahead or order there and it takes 45 minutes or an hour. Almost like they're preparing one order at a time. They also don't seem to have the inventory for the menu. But the employees are doing the best they can with what they have. Where are you big Randy? Who are you? Is there a big Randy?

First time trying to eat here. I order my wings an they said 25 minutes. Well it took me 30 minutes to get there. When I got there I literally stood in line for 15 to 20 minutes. Enough time to watch Kentucky beat up on Georgia for half of the 1 quarter. With no one ever saying how can I help you. Even assuring me we will be with you in a second. Food might of been good but I'll never know. I was going to give another chance an talking to Mr Randy himself. But I tried to talk to him he had no interest or concern in what I was saying. Very unprofessional customer service. That's the reason I will never come back to this place again. An will not recommended it to anyone. I wasted $10 in gas an a hour of driving time there an back. So save your money! On the way to Zaxby's now I guess
