I would give less than 1 star if I could. We came in tonight to get some dinner after a long weekend. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get cold, itty bitty wings, FREEZING cold fries, and a burger. We were told that the cook didn’t know how to make pizza, so they were calling someone in to make it and it’ll be ANOTHER 30 minutes. We decided to walk out and went to Bagigios instead (which was FANTASTIC by the way!!) The cook claimed that it took so long because they were “backed up”. Besides our family of 4, there was one more table which had 3 guests! There was no manager to talk to. I will be calling them tomorrow. I do NOT recommend Big Randy’s!

Ordered pickup and was extremely disappointed! Got large parmesan garlic fries and wasn’t able to eat at least half bc they were so overcooked. Other order was a burger with fries and those fries were the same. Called to speak to the manager and she was not only not helpful but did not seem to care one bit. Very very disappointed.

Wings and fried mushrooms were excellent today! Fifty-five cent wings, hard to beat. Service was excellent. We are looking forward to trying their hamburgers next.

It takes 50 minutes to make a philly cheese steak and when I asked about the order and was told it would be another 10 minutes and 20 minutes later it came out i would not recommend this place very disappointed and will never come back to this place 😔😔

Was dirty and hot from working in this heat stopped here to grab a burger and set in air for a bit and they made me pay up front and take it to go. Won't be back....

I got the deal special 10 wings buy one get one free My order clearly says Buffalo lemon pepper I didn't get neither then those fried pickles you guys need the trash those You don't taste nothing but bread I would never order from here again wasted 30 bucks Only thing good about this was tipping the door dasher then when I tried to call back the young lady Riley answer the phone put me on hold and didn't come back to the phone I tried calling back numerous of times and the line was busy Big Randy's You suck and I would never eat from here again wasted money .

Waited almostc2 hours to receive food. Received beef when I ordered a chicken cheese steak, other order was so spicy it took breath away and had tears because of the spice, when I specifically asked for no hot and spicy. Heavy Cajun seasoning is hot and spicy.
