Ryan at Black Fig was incredible to work with for our wedding. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was professional, easy to communicate with, and his passion really showed in both the food and the service. Our guests were very pleased with the meal, and we know it was Ryan’s dedication that made it all happen. We’re so grateful for everything he did and can’t recommend him enough! This week I got a few grab and go meals so I didn’t have to cook. I got chicken tetrazzini and chicken Alfredo. Both meals had 4 small pieces of chicken, barely any sauce, a ton of noodles and no flavor. For the price i expected much more. I should have just cooked. I’m sadly disappointed.

I'm genuinely sad about my recent experience ordering food for Thanksgiving. The ordering process was difficult. I was left on hold for more than 10 minutes twice before I could place my order. Then, I ended up being overcharged because all the sides were double ordered and had to be refunded. Most surprisingly, the food was mediocre at best. Dry turkey and cornbread and smashed potatoes that tasted chemically (for lack of a better word). The workers are very nice, but I don't plan to order from here again after being one of its biggest proponents over the last couple of years ?

Black Fig catered my small wedding and I could not be happier with the experience! The food was amazing and they were able to cater to my dietary requirements, and even provided an alternative gluten-free dessert for me. We were blown away by how delicious our meal was and I felt that the price was very reasonable for what we received. I also had a full-service meal and Black Fig provided flowers for the table and china since the wedding was very small. I would 100% use Black Fig again for any catering needs, and I will be checking out the to-go meals they offer because they food was just top notch! I can’t imagine a better service in Tallahassee.
