Overall, exceptional custom pizza factory with excellent custom service. Unique concept and clean atmosphere (not too noisy, either). Plenty of toppings and variety to quell any pizza appetite I could imagine. Fun to pick your toppings and watch the monster pizza evolve! I would only suggest that pricing be re-examined to compete more effectively, and maybe before that Blaze should run some specials so it can attract more of the market share. Fun for the whole family.

This was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. I'm not sure what went wrong. This experience haunts me. The pizza crust was somehow both undercooked and burnt. Toppings were bland and flavorless. The cheesy bread was similarly disappointing.
Staff didn’t acknowledge me when I came in to pick up my web order. Zero hospitality, zero flavor, zero reason to return.

This was my 1st time. As a native New Yorker I have high expectations for good pizza. They definitely delivered!!! I had the white pizza and it was great. The black dude with the wicks helped me as well as the white dude with the slick back ponytail. They both were awesome. Great customer service and made me excited to try their pizza. I would highly recommend this location!

Staff did nothing when a family brought in their family dog (clearly not a service dog) and allowed it dine in the main area and sit in the booths.
The staff is always very friendly, but I do feel like they skimp on the cheese a little bit. Appreciative that they take the allergy protocols very seriously, and they have gluten free and vegan options for my allergy kiddo.

I love the concept of Blaze, but they need to stop burning pizzas. Got this pie last night that is black all over the bottom. My boyfriends, however, was undercooked. The vegan cheese hadn’t even melted.

My first time at a Blaze Restaurant! I was out of town in Tallahassee, went with a group of friends. Great deal $35/3 pizzas and sides. Pizzas were AHHHHMAZZZZING! Staff was fun, friendly and so helpful. I will take my husband on a date night to our local Blaze here in Columbia SC!

We particularly enjoyed dining in at this location after visiting the temple. The staff were exceedingly friendly with standout service from both Amir and Giovanni.
There was a very understandable mix up between my order (James) and the guest behind me (Jamie) and they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was promptly made right.
We love Blaze Pizza generally, but we thoroughly appreciated this Blaze location and will make it a point to continue to visit there in the future.
A special thank you Giovanni for joining our family in prayer. It was unexpected and very sweet and appreciated.

This is not a family restaurant. They didn't list 14 inch pizza on the menu. The price was too high. Then they lost one of our pizzas even though we watched them build it. As I was getting a refund and we were finished with the other pizzas, a pizza showed up to our table. My sister had "built" the pizza. After telling them I'd go ahead and accept it, my sister said that it was not the pizza she ordered. Fortunately, she liked it. Anyhow, it was a confusing and frustrating experience as a dad with four children (and being in a hurry).
Kid-friendliness: Lack of large pizza options says it all. This place is not built for kids. There was a kid menu. I didn't really look at that option. I just figured the best option would be to share a pie.
