Visiting in from out of town and the food was absolutely delicious. Ordered through the mobile app and as soon as I parked a young gentleman brought our food out right away and they made sure to put in honey, hot said and utensils. Definitely will be eating here again before leaving town.

It is the worst Bojangles have ever been too. I guess the cashier was new but that was okay and totally get that new employees might still not be used to it but the lady in the purple shirt (I am guessing the manager) was very rude. Her tone was very wrong and she started talking to us in a way that we were dumb or didn’t know nothing. She was definitely judging us based on our skin color because she was talking to the people behind us in a very different tone. Never coming back to this place again

They make you order drive thru with an AI assistant now, which was uncomfortable and unnerving to experience. No doubt an excuse to skimp on hiring enough staff, at the expense of the customer. Food was still good, but I left feeling depressed.

It would if been better if the one taking my order would of heard me say 3 piece spicy. But she hmsaid she heard number 3. Thats a biscuit. It was OK. Was wanting the chicken but didnt argued just took it and went on with my day.
We came into the restaurant while travelling because we have enjoyed other Bojangle locations. We were ignored for over 5 minutes while the employees talked and yelled at each other in the back. When the dishovled clerk finally came to the registe, she shouted at the cook wanting to know what they ha, and then loudly announced they would not be cooking anything else. They had 4-5 pieces of chicken and a coupl of strips left. They were out of Mac and cheese, biscuits, mashed potatoes, and gravy. They were going to be open for 3 more hours based on the sign on the door and website. The restaurant was dirty, and the employees rude. Not a location to visit.

I wish I could give ZERO. After standing unacknowledged for 5 minutes. They told they aren't making anymore food, and out of most things, said they had 4 chicken supremes (tenders), a leg a thigh. Give me a break 8:15pm...you dont close to until 10pm.

This place closes at 10 we get here at 830 and they say we only have 6 thighs some wings and a few legs.... UMMMM HELLLLLOOOOO YOU CLOSE AT 10 WE DROVE FROM SNEADS FLORIDA JUST FOR BOJANGLES CHICKEN AND YOU DAY OH NO WE DONT HAVE CHICKEN FOR 2 FAMILIES BUT WE DONT CLOSE FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF.... SERIOUSLY MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STEP UP . THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU RUN A RESTAURANT. EVERYTHING ALL SIDES EVERYTHING BROKE DOWN AND EMPTY
