WTH HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE????? Bonefish has been my go to for eating in & takeout, for Coral Springs to Tallahassee for years. Always great service & great food. But yesterday, in a half empty restaurant (which should have been a red flag) the service was horrible. The waiter was inexperienced (but very kind) but the manager, my God, what a nasty, uncaring person. Did not get her name. But seriously, you need to get better management because this location will not survive. Wound up going to Carrabba’s where we received EXCELLENT service in a packed restaurant with a wait line. Just unbelievable!!!!!!!!

The service and atmosphere were great! But the food was pretty bland. For the price point, I thought it would be more flavorful. The espresso martini and chocolate martini were a little strong, but still good.

Great customer service but my food was not good. Trout crusted fish did not have enough sauce. Jasmine rice was over cooked and hard. They were out of food items and we had to keep making changes. The fried cauliflower was good. Limited staffing. So it took longer to get food. This was my first time.

My wife and I visited Bonefish Grill for a date night, and as always, the food was exceptional. Our waitress was prompt, attentive, and provided excellent service. When my wife selected a dessert she was especially excited about, we placed our order, only to find out a few minutes later that it was unavailable.
The new General Manager, Nolan, personally came out to apologize and went above and beyond by offering us two complimentary desserts. While I would have given a five-star review regardless—understanding that restaurants can run out of items, especially later in the evening—this thoughtful gesture truly elevated our experience.
Bonefish Grill exceeded our expectations and made our night even more special. Highly recommended!

Just meh. Took too long & fish taco and tuna poke was bland. WaitStaff couldn’t possibly care less. Although very nice gentleman in the front was responsive when I flagged him down because waitress was shining glasses and hadn’t looked our way in 20 minutes.
