Checked in for my 7 PM reservation and was told it would be a few minutes for our table (no big deal). They forgot about us and I checked in 10 minutes later and they had our table ready. I had the crab cakes and bang bang shrimp which were both good. Crab cakes were my favorite. Bang bang shrimp were good but the sauce isn't spicy at all. My wife ordered the burger and fried cauliflower. She loved the cauliflower. The burger was rare and had to be sent back. The server kept forgetting things but that's a minor nitpick. Overall, food was good but a so so experience for us overall.

We had considered Bonefish Grill on several occasions throughout the years, but always elected to dines elsewhere. However this time we made the Right Choice. Gracie was our waitress. We will ALWAYS REQUEST Gracie based off our experience on 02/14/2026. We were initially assigned a different waitress who may have been new?! We don't know... Not to degrade the previous waitress, but she seemed unknowledgable of the menu, and we felt uninformed about the options that were available to us. This feeling was due to our understanding of food/drink cuisine, and the differing opinion with our waitresses' understanding. We requested the manager. However, our waitress choses to move to the next table and delay/ignore management. We stopped the next waitress coming through and asked her to request a manager, for which she immediately did. The manager responded VERY QUICKLY, and was considerate of our concerns. She offered us a FREE appetizer, and also assigned our table a new waitress, Gracie. Once Gracie was assigned to our table, due to issues with previous waitress, EVERYTHING was Awesome from that point on! She was thoroughly knowledgeable of the menu and addressed all our concerns. I ordered the Butterfish with Shrimp and Scallops, while my wife ordered the Fillet with Lobster tail. Both were awesome! Once taking over our table, Gracie was VERY attentive to our needs. She was careful to not let us feel that we were neglected. We loved our experience at Bonefish Grill and DEFINITELY will return again!

The service alone was amazing, it's hard enough bringing a two year old too a fine dining experience but our server made it absolutely a breeze. The food was delicious, Streak and Lobster highly recommended.

The fish and chips I had the French fries was cold and the fish was ok and the bang bang shrimp could of been dipped in lots of sauce instead you drizzle it didn't like yesterday and definitely will not go back

The food and martinis were excellent! The mood was slightly tarnished by walking in and encountering a hostess with a bad attitude. She was rude to a co-worker, which soured our introduction. Then, it took quite some time for our server to greet us. After that, things were pleasant, especially the creative and well-seasoned food. We ordered the shrimp and grits, Bang Bang Shrimp, tomato bisque, creamy tomato linguine with salmon, and the shareable creamy coconut pie for Valentines Day. We recommend every one of those dishes! The Heatwave and Crushed Pineapple martinis were particularly delicious, too. Our compliments to the chefs and bartenders! They created a lovely dining experience!

First of all....I was on the phone trying to order to pick up.I was driving towards the restaurant and was still on hold when I walked in. The hostess was very helpful however, the bartender was slow with service(not many people at the bar) the food finally came.i drove home only to see.. I ordered a burger(medium ) and got an almost rare burger! Couldn't even eat it because there was still bloody juice from the burger. This is the second time I have driven 45 minutes just to go there and get horrible service. Do better..
Great service, great food, great vibes. Me and my boyfriend go for their happy hour but come back for the bang bang shrimp and the chill atmosphere that can get lively during happy hours with the best blueberry lemon drop the bartender is amazing with remembering our orders and they will let you order up until the time and Jay will always make sure you are having a good experience with her hospitality
