Literally get the order wrong every single time. Every single time! If you want something other than the way it comes. Good Luck!!!!!

Thank goodness Jim is back as the GM for this location. What a difference it has made in the quality and cleanliness. Always great service with Jim and his staff.

The workers were so kind and so fast. This place is so good!

It is nice having Jim back at this location, it has already quickly improved.

The young man at the counter was kind and polite; other than that, our experience was very disappointing. We placed a pick-up order through the app. When we arrived, the kind young man checked and had no record of our order. He summoned a woman who appeared to be the manager. She made no eye contact when telling me we probably placed our order at the other location. I showed her the confirmation. Then she checked and said we placed our order to be picked up at 10:00. Again, I showed her the confirmation, which said our order would be ready at 9:10. No apology. No reassurance. She just walked away. About 20 minutes late I checked with her and she said our order was next. During that time, my husband checked the bank app to see if the charge had gone through. It had gone through twice. When we received our one order, I told the manager about this. She said we only had one order placed, so that didn’t make sense, but then said since we ordered through the app, she couldn’t do anything about it. Her suggestion was to take it up with the app. After all that, I would like to report that the food was good, but it was cold, messy, and stuck to the paper that was wrapped around it. This Bruegger’s has a nice facility, a convenient location, and the potential to be great. However, the food was disappointing, we were doubled-charged for a mobile order that no one even seemed to know about when we arrived to pick it up, and other than the one very polite young man who greeted us at the register, the customer service was sorely lacking.

I used to come to this store weekly before I retired. Went in this morning (Saturday) to find all coolers empty and only two bagel choices. I ordered a smoked salmon sandwich eith all the fixing and got a bagel with salmon and cream cheese and nothing else. This place has the appearance of a store about to go out of business.

This place is one of the most poorly run operations I’ve ever encountered.

I would like to respond to the young lady from this morning at Bruegger's Bagels on North Monroe and The Cracked Egg conversation between my coworker and I. I will up front say most importantly I apologize for the misunderstanding of the conversation especially because I just prepared your food. As I showed you this morning my gloves were cleaned when I realized what your thoughts were because of you overhearing his comment to me and I also offered to remake it for you because I did not want you having any doubt. My gloves were very clean I had nothing on my gloves from the eggs the eggs their self were cleaned when I cracked them I did not get anything on my gloves and if I had I would have changed them that is called cross-contamination and I am not just a experience food serviceman I am also certified in safety and the health field. I do know that that is called cross-contamination and that might would make you ill I would not do that. It was a misunderstanding of what his concerns were about the cracked eggs because it wasn't because he thought I got yoke or raw eggs on my gloves and then handled your food. I knew that at the time when I realized what was happening I had to just keep that to myself and I explained to you that I would gladly remake it because I did not want you leaving with or having any bad feelings or thinking that this is how I would operate our business. Your safety and everyone else does matter. I go above and beyond to make sure that I am professional and that would be again why I gladly showed you my gloves and explained I would gladly make it again because of your concerns and they were not what his concerns were it was a misunderstanding it just could not be talked about right then on the spot because it was not accurate and the fact that you were in doubt was upsetting.

The lady making my bagel cracked eggs and immediately touched my sandwich without changing her gloves or washing her hands the only way I know this happened is I heard her coworker openly her why she just touched my sandwich with raw egg hands.

Consistently a horrible experience. The staff are very kind and are clearly working hard. But they’re always struggling and it takes at least 30 minutes to receive an order. I keep coming back hoping they will have sorted the issues out, but it’s been almost a year of this mess and there’s no change

Positive: good bagel selection with good cream cheese options.

The negative:

What the heck happened here? I used to get a bagel and coffee often when I lived in Levy Park.

First issue is the counter service. Previously you'd tell the person on the line what you'd like and they'd make it and you'd pay and then pick up your food. No longer. Now you order at the register. WHY? I want to look at the bagels and pick not have to walk over to look and call down to the register. It makes no sense. It's cold. It doesnt feel neighborly.

Second issue: They eliminated the fountain drink. Why? It was great for when youd get lunch and want a refill before heading out the door.

Third issue: recently i asked for a light spread of cream cheese. I was sad to find my sons bagel with a TON of cream cheese on it. It's not a huge deal but like...it wasn't busy. It wasn't a crazy request. Interestingly, while I was scraping the heavy serving of cream cheese off my son's bagel i noticed another dude came in and was having a back and forth with the counter over his bagel.

Im sad my old neighborhood's bagel joint is now operating under this model.

Always good food. Sandwiches are great. Service is super and friendly. Space is a little cramped but easy and comfortable.

If this place had any nearby competition they would be history. I love Bruegger's Bagels and when my order is occasionally accurate it's good. But they never have a good stock of bagels like their Mahan store. This morning I ordered one sesame and one poppy seed, both with bacon & egg. Got home and had one poppy seed & cream cheese bagel, and one plain bagel. Inexcusable incompetence. (Mgmt please don't insult me with a cut & paste reply.)
