I used to come to this store weekly before I retired. Went in this morning (Saturday) to find all coolers empty and only two bagel choices. I ordered a smoked salmon sandwich eith all the fixing and got a bagel with salmon and cream cheese and nothing else. This place has the appearance of a store about to go out of business.
I would like to respond to the young lady from this morning at Bruegger's Bagels on North Monroe and The Cracked Egg conversation between my coworker and I. I will up front say most importantly I apologize for the misunderstanding of the conversation especially because I just prepared your food. Everything was good but the young guy with glasses was rude and not working the way he was supposed too rude too the customers and very rude too the lady’s that are older than him when all they try too do is help I waited a whole hour after he said 10 mins and it wasn’t until the last minutes he decided too start making my order
