Disappointed. My bagel was burnt and I honestly don’t even think they fully cooked the bacon. The avocado also tasted horrific, which is weird since I love avocado. I think it must’ve been old or something. My mother liked her bagel though.

The food is of very good and consistent quality. The menu gives a wide range of choices from your classic bagel and schmear to very substantial breakfast and lunch sandwiches.
The atmosphere is nice whether you just want a quick place for breakfast or to sit and enjoy your coffee for a bit. I've been coming to this location for nearly ten years now, and I can confidently say that the service is consistently accurate, friendly, and helpful.

This is my 3rd time coming here after a bad experience a few years ago at their other location. Every time I am let down by the customer service and quality of food. The cream cheese was watery and barely any on my bagel and no one greeted me or other customers as they came in. ☹️

Experience: I had human hair (twice) in my bagel and grime on my coffee cup - from dirty hands. They don’t wear hair covering, as required by County Health regulations.

I got a cheesy hash brown bagel with bacon cream cheese and it was nothing like what I was expecting. The bagel is somehow sweet and has a very strange taste. I also got an iced coffee that is completely milk with a splash of coffee. Pretty disappointed will not be returning.
