Tried to get bagels after ordering them through the brueggers website, went to the store and was told the order wasnt processed and had to deal with a rude employee as manager was not at the store.

Quality seems to be going down, maybe it's the chain. No more counter service, 10$ for a meh bagle sandwich, dining area needs updating.

Ordered a dozen bagels but was shorted 2 . While ordering I asked if there was a difference in price between the bagels. The cashier said they're all the same. At checkout the machine forced a tip. When I got home the receipt showed I was charged extra for some of the bagels and when I checked the bag it was 2 bagels short. What a rip-off. Definitely not going here again. Agree with other reviewers, the staff and location need better hygiene. All the visible employees were goofing off. At the time I was the only one in line and there were 5 employees in the front line. Too busy socializing to properly attend to customers. How hard is it to count?????

Only reason for 3 stars is the guy at the counter is rude and acts like we the customer are an inconvenience. We never been here before and the “order at the register” creates chaos in the entry way when coming in. Not sure why they don’t utilize the massive “walking area” up to the register. Foods good but the employee we dealt with should not be up front. Makes for a yucky experience.

Consistent bagels. I am disappointed that they got rid of the olive and pimientos cream cheese. My favorite is the smoked salmon sandwich. My suggestion is to go inside instead of ordering online because the app doesn't have enough ordering options for me.

The food is great but, there’s a manager in there that is a real deterrent from buying food. He’s rude about the customizations we make to our bagels. I Wish you could make custom orders online.

I'm convinced the employees from 6am to 10am are extremely hung over or high as balls
The worst in every possible way. Dirty, rude servers, trash on the floor. Had to tell one of the workers to wash hands after handling a trash can before working with bagels. Was treated badly by a middle aged woman server for no reason -- eye rolling we customers? Just. No. Done with this location for good.

Employees not so great. rude people. no rush to get your stuff done. whoever worked the morning of 12/11/2023 those people have no personalities at all. just rude. the guy at the register this morning no smile on his face you could tell he didn’t want to be there. the older lady in the line making the bagels she has her hair up in a bun, i wish i got her name she is very very rude

I recently became a fan of brueggers. I've always tried their food when someone would bring plain bagels to work but my goodness I had NOO IDEA what I've been missing! I tried their FARMHOUSE breakfast bagel and now I'm hooked y'all? And the coffee is soooo good. Everything was fresh made to order, staff was on point and the location was perfect. I go here at least 3 times a week now. This place is my new breakfast go to. I see they also have lunch bagels as well, maybe next time I will grab one off those and let y'all know. I give this place 5 stars ?

The lady did not slice my bagel which they always do and the bagel was burnt and I asked her not to toast it and it didin’t even taste good when we got the food the lady who took our order rolled her eyes at us horrible service and food I was very exited to try a bagel shop in town however I was very disappointed in the quality of food they serve.
