Bruster's Real Ice Cream

This was the first time my family and I visited Bruster's Real Ice Cream. My sister Ellie has been raving about it for a while. I had three scoops of Butter Brickle on a waffle cone and it's got the scrumptious flavor of salted caramel. This is one of their three "limited time" autumnal flavors, along with Pumpkin Cheesecake and Scotchy Pecan. Their ice cream somehow matched the creaminess ability of other ice cream parlors that I've visited in the past.

Great ice cream, resonable prices! Kids ordered the brownie sundays and they were big enough to share. Highly recommend!

Chocolate chip cookie dough+ seasonal flavor chocolate with buckeye- highly recommend. Not too busy weekday evening. Super flavorful.

We walked in thinking it was open since the for was unlocked. Eli did NOT greeted my husband and I. Instead he yelled ?️ “WE ARE NOT OPEN” and he turned around and continued talking to his coworker and I didn’t get her name. She immediately apologized for how rude and disrespectful he was to us. Eli is very very rude and not have any good customer service nor good communication skills. This is the kind of service we have every time we come here and this will be our last time going to this location. Please replace him if possible because if not, Bruster is definitely losing customers each and everyday because of this rude and disrespectful behavior we get from Eli. Ice cream was delicious by the way.

Amazing ice cream! One of my favorite desert spots in tally! Super unique flavors and always something special. Today they were out of me and my boyfriend’s usual favorite the birthday cake so instead we got the triple chocolate Oreo and it was so good!

The man made my ice cream waffle cone and broke it and threw it in a plastic container. Then he just handed me another waffle cone to put the ice cream into because he broke my waffle cone.

Really good ice cream, prices, and service. The server/cashier also knew about Charlotte county FL, which is where my family and I were born and raised lol. 10/10 highly

Quality ice cream but hard to find a chain with such a nihilistic crew. The lack of urgency and understaff leads to very long wait times. Only worth it if you catch the line with 2 or fewer otherwise you’re most likely waiting 25+ min in line.

It was slightly pricey but it was good... So all is well
