Ice cream is always good and my experience with service has been decent. I usually place a mobile order for the sake of raking up points on the app and was incredibly surprised to find out this location does not honor loyalty points on the app and that I have no choice but to let them experience since you can only use them in person and not for online orders.

Bruster’s has quite good ice cream. That being said tonight I was really craving a medium chocolate raspberry truffle which I was well aware includes three delicious scoops of ice cream. When I shared these desires with the man behind the microphone he exclaimed “you know that’s three scoops right” and I promptly was embarrassed to say I would only like a small. Whats better than having a picnic at Cascades Park then a couple mules at Warhorse? Getting served a delicious brownie ice cream sundae by Aylin on Valentines Day. I was confused by Brusters, called it Brewers a couple times. Aylin was able to solve my confusion, answering all my questions with delight and a smile. Although the Strawberry ice cream was just vanilla with strawberry Nesquik powder, the sweetness of Aylin made up for it.
