Our server, Josh was very pleasant and friendly.
There were several problems with our order, though (Mushroom & Swiss Burger and Barbecue Chicken Salad). The first set of fries we received were room temperature (not even slightly warm). We ordered the salad and requested Caesar dressing on the side, but the salad came out drenched in Ranch dressing and an additional ramiken of Ranch dressing on the side. The chicken on the salad was so tough that I asked for a steak knife to cut it. Apparently, they only have butter knives in the restaurant. The burger was prepared well and tasty.
Again, our server, Josh was very pleasant and tried to correct the mistakes of the kitchen.

The worst customer service. No matter how incredibly long you patiently wait they do not care about their patrons. They truly act like they couldn’t care less.

Do not waste your time and money. Service terrible, DIRTY and manager literally blamed the horrible experience on our server....uh, did she cook the food?!?! Did she create the atmosphere?!?!
No sir she did not. And even if she did YOU take the blame. YOU are the leader, not her. Its YOUR responsibility to make sure your staff is supported vs literally arguing with your patrons that you overcharged by 2 EXTRA beers and the bill would not be changing. Yet you took a minor discount off the final bill. WHAT?!?! YOU need some serious training and not tell your guests the server's hours will be cut! Girl, go look for a better job because with leadership like this you will never experience anything other than TOXIC!
This place is NASTY! I will be sending an alert to the health inspector ASAP.
We were there for nearly 2 hours and NO table was bused, and we were literally looking at dirty tables on all 4 corners of our table's location. DON'T EVEN get me started on the bathrooms! So disgusting.
We had to wait 45 MINUTES for someone in our party to get her food. Meanwhile everyone else's food grew cold. Manager never once offered to make anything right. Food was overcooked too.
I sincerely hope the franchise owner and corporate see this review. As a leader in my own organization, it starts at the top! If you won't lift a finger to help your staff, bus a table, grab a soda (we had to ask 3 times for a refill) and just want to point the finger at them, then you will never succeed in life. You are only as good as your weakest link and you Mr. Manager are the weakest link in this location's chain.

We went to Buffalo wild wings today about 4:00 order to pick 6 for 1999 two of the orders came out took a little while the food was cold the sauce was not on the plate and it took 15 minutes to get the two other orders the food was cold the cook did not do the order very hard to find no refills on the drinks just very poor service all together.

They treated me and my Veteran friend with the best food and service for Veterans Day! The best treatment in town out of all the places we went to yesterday!

Not family friendly environment.
Rarely do I write reviews but I had to cause the service is literally terrible. Ordered food and 2/3 of us got our food at the same time. The third person didn’t get his food until 30 MINUTES after we got ours. Keep in mind we all ordered at the same time. Our server was cut at around 9:30 and said she would get us a new one so we could order more drinks. Never got a new server. Took us and extra HOUR to get our checks so then we could leave at this point. I understand that nights get busy but only half the tables were filled and no sorrys or anything to make up for how terribly long we waited.

I have got Buffalo Wild Wings in main different areas through out the USA and found this place to be disappointing. I have always got at least one ranch dressing and one order of vegetables. Not this place they charged for everything and didn’t fill the containers up. Plus the size of the bag of vegetables wasn’t the normal amount.

I have always really liked BWW, but our last visit wasn't pleasant. The service was slow, but we were okay with it. The food was absolute garbage. It's like they went and got a bunch of the free samples of chicken nuggets at Costco, brought them back and sauced them up.

I read the bad reviews and tried to avoid dining in to avoid the clearly incapable staff so I ordered carry out. Upon arrival they could not find my online order. It took 3 people trying to avoid me as I stood waiting for my food that should have been ready 20 minutes prior. The male manager that came to 'break it to me gently' I guess treated me like I was a thief!!! It was 6 wings but you would think I came up with an elaborate plan to take from them by how loud and rude he was because THEY couldn't find my order. After working with all the people that asked in After me, they finally took the time to look again for my order ( I had a confirmation number that they refused to use and screenshots that he refused to believe time stamps on) they found me and proceeded to congratulate themselves on a job well done...really. I asked right then how much longer for the wings that were supposed to be ready now 40 minutes ago, and everyone just walked through the double doors. I had to start over with asking about my food as they continued to pass out orders. This was the worst service, full of staff that seemed hell bent on proving that I came to steal 6 measley wings. How embarrassing it took much self restraint not to return the energy. Instead I just won't return. Poor excuse all around and I will look to give my money elsewhere as if they can't find you in their system you didn't order. Do better!

I never had any food because I was never asked if I wanted food. Never had a drink because I was never asked if I wanted a drink. Never had service cause I was never served….sat at a table for 25 mins with very little interaction and the only person to talk to us was someone who brought us menus.
