Terrible service and the General Manager, Anthony Smith, was very rude and condescending when trying to ask why my side did not come with my dinner! I asked to speak to a more professional Manager, Ashley, who excels at customer service and he refused to allow me to talk to her, rudely telling me "No, she works for me!" I was a regular customer there until talking to him after simply asking for my dinner to be heated up after my side item came out 15 minutes after my dinner, but he refused and removed my food and handed me my tab, as a clear indication that he wanted me to leave! I recommend The Corner Pocket or anywhere else than Buffalo Wild Wings, until this arrogant and condescending Manager is replaced. All of this after sitting at a table and patiently waiting for at least 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was there and greet me. The restaurant was not even half full and multiple servers walked past me multiple times without even greeting me or even acknowledging I was there. This lack of service is a direct reflection of how they are managed, or the lack of. Terrible service and a total lack of concern and professionalism by the General Manager.

words cannot explain the absolutely ridiculous experience we were subjected to at this establishment. we walked in and thought they had closed early or something because there was not a soul in there and the group leaving told us not to go in because there were roaches but we just assumed they were messing around. how badly i wish we took their advice. we walk in and after over 15 minutes of nobody coming to our table despite at this time being the only people in the building and all the servers chatting at the bar, i finally walked up to one and asked if they were closed but they just laughed and said no and someone would be with us soon. we went back to the table and scanned the qr code and decided what we wanted and thought there were some good drink deals. a server eventually came and dropped menus at the table. i opened one out of curiosity to see very different prices on the menu as opposed to the online qr code menu. i asked about this and he said he doesn’t know but they’d charge the higher price. we then just ordered an appetizer and then the drinks anyways and didn’t receive them for 42 minutes. again there was nobody else here and 5 servers and bartenders were just sitting and hanging out by the bar. eventually our server came back and took our order and we ordered and he said someone else would be our server because he was leaving soon. as you can guess, our food did not come out for another HOUR when at this point only one other group of people had entered the restaurant. same scenario, servers gathered by the bar. when we got our food, it was actually just my food and my bfs didn’t come for another 20 minutes and then he brought the appetizer out as a side to his food?????? it was just awful and we were there for almost 3 hours total and the experience and service couldn’t have been worse. bomb cauliflower wings though won’t lie.

I would rather watch the fights on a bench with water. This is rediculas the last 3 visits here were only to watch the fights. Not for the love of the restaurant ... Period. Lag in safelight. Poor service the 1st 2 times $5 cover per person at ur table for no fight for 20 minutes jus to get burned food no service or no service and food as the fight finished.. leaving no time to eat. Then this time ... Are they bankrupt cuz for $13 I could've spent 2 at Publix and bought a bag of nXhos and had more dressing on them. I only go to watch MMA fights ... Horrible place I don't want to be rude and recommend this place to those I do not like .

Came in on a thursday night. They were not busy at all. We had a party of four. We all Ordered at the same time. They proceeded to bring my daughter-in-law's plate out, then 15 minutes later they brought my sons plate out. Still didnt get our appetizer. 25 min. later my mom and I still do not have our food. We asked the waitress why they were bringing our plates out One at a time and not all at once and she said they bring them out as they get done so they don't get cold. I have never , ever been to a restaurant That serves people in this manner. It's very unprofessional. Worst service ever!!!

Tried to go the other day. Sign says seat yourself. We sat down and watched for about 15 minutes and no one approached us. We asked for service and was told that wasn’t his table. Another couple comes in, sits at the table beside us and they’re approached almost immediately with menus, drink requests etc. We left.

Of all the places around there we decided to go there for lunch today. It was horrible. It took them 10 minutes to bring us drinks, 40 minutes to bring food and it was sporatic (one person in our group of 3 got their order, another got it 5 minutes later, etc). And the last person (a kid), they messed up the order and she had to wait another 15 munutes to remake it. AND IT WASN'T BUSY AT ALL!!! I had to change my order to go because they took so long and I was running late to get back to work. They only had 2 servers for the lunch rush. The worse part is they didn't care about what was going on. Definitely not going back.
