Burger King in Tallahassee

“I drive to this burger king inside of Walmart just for the fresh food and great service. Probably the best burger king I've been to in a while. The staff is always great and the food is fresh and hot. Seems to short staffed but the wait is never long. Maybe the lobby could look a little better but working short staff maybe that's why. Still thank you guys for doing the best with what you have!“

“So, do you all remember the jingle? "Hold the pickles, hold the lettuce, special orders won't upset us, all we ask is that you let us, service it your way....what the hell happened to our trustworthy fast food restaurants we grow up with. They have all changed in one way or another. Well, I've found excellent service, and food still exists in a few around here. This Burger King, along with the Mahan and the Crawfordville Hwy location, I can still get it serviced my way without the drama and attitudes. That's rare in our old school restaurants (McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, KFC, etc.) these days. And don't get me wrong, even some of their employees have a stink attitude like we made them work there. But I just wanted to recognize a few to let everyone know they still serve good, hot, fresh food. AWESOME SERVICE!“

“I visit the location fairly frequently in the afternoons. This last visit was very good. They have done a lot to turn around the service in the past couple years. I have simple needs. Make sure my food is hot and fresh. If you park me, tell me how long my wait will be and be out when you say you will be.“

“It was Great Service. The young lady that took our order was very professional and calm and let my daughter and I know that they were short staff and it may take a few. As we waited for about 7 minutes. The same young lady that took our order came out and gave us our food and apologized for the wait and let us know everything was fresh. My daughter and I was just passing through from our road trip and this will be our stop again. Not sure of the young lady name but her hair was red. Thank you again for your professionalism.“

“This Burger King had some good food. The prices were another matter. Three adults were $36. McDonalds gave us Big Mac meals for $30 three days before. We could have eaten at Cracker Barrel for that much money than at BK!We ate inside, so I parked at the side door. We found it locked, so we walked around on the tile walkway. As we walked, we (3) each commented on the broken & missing tiles on the walkway.I got closer to the front door and found a huge gap, 4-5 inches , all across the pathway. Very dangerous indeed. My cousin said, "Can you say lawsuit, from falling from that mess in the dark or for someone with poor sight not seeing it?"We made it through the front door and to the counter. I started to make my order, and the nice young woman taking it smiled as I said sweet large tea. She apologized and said there was no ice in the store. I asked her if someone couldn't run to the minute market for bags of ice instead of giving customers paying good money for what they were selling, to have to sit and drink warm beverages intended to be served ice cold. She only smiled and finished taking my order. We sat down and waited. My seat gave me a view of the locked side door I spoke of earlier. I found it was locked because the push bar was broken and hanging down to the floor. More repairs that should be done. I never heard my number called but fortunately, I looked back at the counter and saw our 3 bags sitting out waiting for us to retrieve them.The food was delicious but there was enough mayo on our buns for 6 sand- wiches.There are other BK stores in Tallahassee, FL, I plan to use from now on. The owner of this store needs to come and get all the repairs done ASAP. I also wonder where the health and safety inspector was because some of these issues were apparent last year when we were there. I owned a Subway for several years and I can guarantee you that NONE of these repairs would have been overlooked by the corporate inspector that came around monthly to my business. Nor would the managers in my store either.Someone certainly needs to do better by this store and it's employees as well the customers trying to spend their hard-earned money in the current economy.“

“Best Burger King ever!!! You just gotta catch the late night crew, coolest manager around. Made me the best whopper I've ever eaten! Also, just made my night in general with the kindness and smiles after a long day. No more Whataburger for this girl. Anytime I'm around that area at night I'll be there.“

“Usually I would not order from somewhere that's about to close, but we had just come in from out of town and didn't realize they were minutes from closing till afterwards. They were not annoyed at all and really pleasant. Thank you.“

“I came here and I ordered a small onion rings and I can honestly say that it was the best darn small onion rings your boy ever had. I'm pretty sure the odd man serving me was named Lucas, but goes by LBC, he did a very good job and I couldn't recommend his customer service enough. He treated me with the most utmost respect and I can never repay him for that deed. Thank you LBC, thank you.“

“I always come here when I get some food cravings. Usually fast food isn't always a great experience, but when I come into the bk lounge I'm welcomed, and even when they are busy and the food is taking a bit longer, the staff always communicates in a professional way and makes the experience good. Ruschelle is professional and polite at the counter and Jay makes sure the food is coming up hot and fresh. I live down the street so I come here every week or two and I haven't been disappointed once by the food or the service.“
