Got served a chicken wrap in the shape of a ball
I visit the location fairly frequently in the afternoons. This last visit was very good. They have done a lot to turn around the service in the past couple years. I have simple needs. Make sure my food is hot and fresh. If you park me, tell me how long my wait will be and be out when you say you will be.

I recently visited Burger King, and the food was okay for the price. It was decent but not outstanding. The best part was that it was affordable, making it a good option for a quick, budget-friendly meal.

This morning I was walking from chemotherapy the Tallahassee magnolia Dr. location manager Ms.Brenda would not let me reorder a 1.42 hash brown and my promotional sandwich because I ordered it online at the wrong location. I had my online receipt and all if I could cancel and reorder there she said no. I was waiting on my bus it was freezing I literally had just left chemotherapy. I explained to her that I didn’t realize the location error I apologized it would be to hard for me to walk to the other location on the other side of town due to cancer and my transportation issues. She stated she was not willing to take a loss because I already ordered at the orange ave location. Some days I wish people had more compassion. I left in tears more so because of her attitude. I can understand I guess I was willing to pay another 1.42 because it’s hard for me to cook for my daughter after chemo. Attitude was beyond terrible Burger King

New management is fantastic and customer focused, dining room looks great, so glad I went. New construction is over and open.

I had the best service by Madison. She gives great customer service and goes above & beyond with her service. I wish more young people in the food service industry would give great customer service like her. I highly recommend this particular Burger King. Great food, great prices & best of all great service.

Dude I just got breakfast from here that was so bad I almost threw up after the first bite. Like I literally had to go brush my teeth after because the taste was so bad

This burger king is absolutely horrible. They do not know how to handle the lunch rush. I can barely understand what the workers are saying. Completely unorganized.
This entire establishment needs to be completely overhauled. It's fast food. Not freaking 30 min wait for a cheap crap burger.
It's terrible to spend 30 dollars, and none of the food is edible. The service was slow, and the sandwiches were drenched in Grease & mayo! Never Again!
I rarely leave a bad review, but this BK is beyond bad. The menu screens inside don't work. We had to look up the menu items online. 4 total employees total inside, 1 at the drive thru window, 1 making and prepping food, 1 between the cash register and doing anything other than helping anyone, and 1 sitting in the lobby watching YouTube videos at full volume. This place needs a serious management intervention. And the food, well...

Someone should do something about this place, either close it and spread your good employees around better, or fire everyone and restart fresh. Something is always up with this place from Lying about what they have in stock to avoid complicated orders to closing their lobby an hour early for no reason. I’m just a door dasher I would never eat here, but I come here regularly and something is always drastically wrong.

Please, either staff this location properly, or shut it down. I've been there twice in the last 5 months, and both times only 2 people were working there. They're doing the best they can, but it shouldn't take 15 minutes in drive thru. And, they got my order wrong. They were nice, but clearly over-worked. No fast food restaurant should have only 2 employees at 6:30 in the evening.
