I’ve came here twice and both times I have received terrible service. The first time I came in through the drive thru and the lady was on her phone with someone on speaker. I came back inside to get BBQ sauce and she caught an attitude and just put the sauce on the counter. The second time, I attempted to go through the drive though and over the headset she just goes “come inside.” I come inside and they take over 10 minutes to just take my order. Her excuse was she didn’t know I was inside and didn’t see me. (She was sitting down in the dinning room) When she goes to take my order she says “what do you want?” At this point I’m really considering leaving due to terrible customer service. I still place my order and left. Will never be returning 100%.

I really do appreciate this Burger King. The staff are always accommodating, and the food is made relatively fast despite only 2 people in the restaurant at times. It doesn't smell the best inside but is bearable if you get take out.

Even though the staff is rarely helpful or polite, I still frequented this restaurant - until today! My online order was missing, and the rude employee (the manager it turns out) very impatiently and rudely said there was nothing she could or would do about it. I had my confirmation on the screen of my phone, but she didn't care to look at it. Her male customer friend got involved and got in my face to intimidate me physically. At that point, I was disturbed; I gave them a piece of my mind, which ended in the manager's male friend chasing me into the parking lot while the employees stood around grinning. It was an unbelievably unsafe place to go. I will never get over this! You got plenty of negative feedback to warrant replacing this shameful manager yet this rude and unstable behavior continues. SHAME SHAME SHAME on YOU and your company, Burger King!

I sat at the drive-thru for almost 30minutes with no one saying anything to me on the intercom. Walked around to the front just to be told Burger King was closing early due to only having two employees in store.

With no one in line or at the restaurant it took 15 mins for a single chicken biscuit. This was the first time I had a biscuit that was burnt but at the same time soggy with grease, the wrapper was wet the biscuit was so saturated. The only thing worse than the food was the attitude and service by the two employees. Would give a zero if it was possible.

Came in the drive thru at 9:15. Waited at the speaker for 20 minutes. No one made a sound pulled around to the window, got zero help. They close at midnight. But couldn't get any service. From management to employees, terrible. Y'all wonder why BK is going bankrupt smh

I usually don’t do this but this Burger King was trash. Fry’s were salty and cold, they gave me a burger with 2 bottom buns, gave me a double whopper with cheese and the bun was soggy. All I asked was for a regular whopper. I don’t do cheeseburgers. I was ok with them not having anything to drink but water, but when I got home to give the fam food….highly disappointed .
This restaurant smells so bad I might not make it out of here with my order

Not sure of the day, but the service was wonderful. Aidan, Suraya, and Jayden were great. The food was delicious and the service was fast. My boys and I enjoyed the food.

The one on 1060 W Tenn St Tally is the absolute worst. Never takes anything seriously, has order tickets lying around and messed up my order more than once. Avoid this one at all costs. Also the place is very dirty.
