Pulled up at 9:30pm on the dot when I got off work for them to tell me that they don’t have anything at ALL & that she ONLY has enough for her pick up orders & then she’s closing the store. They’re supposed to be open till midnight. SORRIEST EMPLOYEES IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! Couldn’t even tell me where the next closest Burger King was loool. I hope they get shut down like the McDonald’s on capital circle!!

I arrived here at 8:05 it’s now 8:42 still no one taking my order at the drive thru. At first someone was taking my order then she told me hold on and I’ve been waiting long enough. This is ridiculous. There is no cars in front of me at all which I’m not understanding what’s the hold up

They ask you to pull forward before they give you the food because they are timed... so you pull forward and they take 15 minutes to get your food because they are no longer in a rush. So whatever their average serve time says is all bull.

I always come here when I get some food cravings. Usually fast food isn't always a great experience, but when I come into the bk lounge I'm welcomed, and even when they are busy and the food is taking a bit longer, the staff always communicates in a professional way and makes the experience good. Ruschelle is professional and polite at the counter and Jay makes sure the food is coming up hot and fresh. I live down the street so I come here every week or two and I haven't been disappointed once by the food or the service.

On 3-24-2024, just after noon, I went to the drive-through of this Burger King. I saw cars driving away, and when I got to the window, they told me the microphone wasn't working and I needed to come inside. It seemed like the microphone was working just fine during our exchange. The only area with shade was beside the drive-through window, so I parked there. The first woman to ask me to move was friendly, but her boss was not. Telling me that I would get her in trouble and that I needed to move. I explained that my wife was inside getting food, so it shouldn't make any difference, but the woman shut the window in my face before I could complete my sentence. My wife told me they asked in the dining area if the wife of the man in the drive-through was there. She came forward, and they tried to get her to come out and move me, to which she said if you want him to move, then give us our order. She told me that no one was interested in helping her until I caused a scene and that after she got her food, the manager lady went back to talking on her phone. I don't think the owners are aware of both the treatment and loss of business the manager of that store is causing them, but it should be addressed.

Dirty disgusting place. Horrible and nasty customer service and management. Don’t waste your time or money. Move on. Don’t usually eat fast food but needed something quick. Left without anything.
