Came to the drive through today 10/24/25 at 10pm and got no response, decided to walk up and seen that the door was locked with two people inside. I thought they closed at 12? Wonder what management thinks about this?

This is the worst Burger King in Tallahassee they never have biscuits they're rude no one speaks to you they let you sit at the window and totally ignore you they're supposed to be open at 6:00 a.m. I got there at 9:00 a.m. and they said they were closed and they said they were going to open up in 30 minutes close this one down like y'all did on apalachee parkway that one is horrible too

This place is TRASH! The manager and lil girl at the front desk had nasty attitudes, didn’t speak to customers at the front counter, ignored multiple customers and then when the lil girl DID speak, she had an attitude.
Customer service is clearly a foreign language to this place and it stems from the leadership or lack thereof.
We asked for help with the app. Mangers response:
“I don’t have the app. I don’t use the app. I don’t know nothing about the app.” As she was rolling her neck full of unwarranted attitude. We placed the order on the app and still ended up waiting almost 30 minutes! Ordered at 5:21, except food at 5:49. The food was there. Just the lil girl at front counter wasn’t doing anything except going to drive thru and walking back and forth, NO FOOD IN HER HANDS. And she kept talking about she didn’t know what sandwich was what
.even though the sandwiches were marked which one of the men from the back showed her, exasperated might I add. And no they were not busy. Not a super busy drive through. Not a bunch of orders on the screen. And the lobby was empty except us and then a couple people that came in to pick up. Didn’t have a bunch of orders coming from the app (we can see the order come in cuz the rcpt prints at the front counter).
The little girl even said loudly that she don’t want to be at the front counter and she clearly doesn’t need to be. They don’t have name tags which makes sense because I’m sure this isn’t the only time their SERVICE was abhorrent.
I was told the manager’s name was Erica/Ericka.
The men working there were great and efficient. They were the ONLY ONES actually working
Burger King needs to enforce actual customer service and provide appropriate training and out leadership in place that exemplifies actual service and leadership, not just the ability to show up to work.
