I was disappointed with my recent experience at this location. I received the wrong hamburgers from someone else’s order so I had to go back to get it fixed. But the employee never apologized for the mistake. While I don't plan on returning, it's clear that better employee training is needed to avoid similar issues in the future. I'm leaving this review to bring attention to the problem.

I enjoyed my service at the Burger King on South Monroe in Tallahassee, Florida. I got a pleasant welcoming smile and told “ you rule” when I was at the front counter. I truly appreciate enjoy at the store.

Man they need to shut this dirty MF down. That ice cream machine looks disgusting sitting there. Then getting something to drink something black fell in my cup from soda dispenser when soda was coming out. Looks like mold. The tray they slide your food down for pick up is dirty. Welcome to the Southside. No I didn't take my food back and i gave it away to the trash can outside cause this place is garbage to. I'm here to judge on the quality of service and that alone....

This burger king is disgusting and the service is even worse. The employees were on there phones on face time while I was waiting at the register, the cook was scrapping the left over lettuce and tomatoes of the line table and putting it back with the rest of the food. They packed my food all sloppy and closed my bag with Scotch tape.
