This place is a joke, why are you even in business? Just sat in the drive thru, mine you nobody in front of us, to be told to hang on the cashier was "doing something". Well, 5 minutes later we still sat SO we left!!!
If you can't find employees to take care of your customers and business then close them doors!!
I went through the drive thru today and ordered a simple chicken sandwich. Took over 15 minutes with only two people in line and then they gave me a BURNT over cooked chicken. Unbelievable. I hadn’t been there in years. Now I know why!
Definition of HORRIBLE. Please save your time and money. Just left there after being told to pull up. Waited for 25 minutes and not only was my order incorrect but I was told that they changed over from breakfast so what I paid for I wouldn’t receive. The manager doesn’t care about the customer service so why would the rest of the staff. I suggest some serious training in customer service and the values of the establishment.
