Drive thru says open at 6am but sign pitch black, no movement inside and no cars in parking lot at 6:30a. Inside says open at 7 so i would think at least one person would be there getting things preps for the front end. General manager number partially scratched off door.
This is the worst yet nasty burger I had from this place . Workers be to busy trying to holler at customers. Food cold burger have to much mayo don’t make the food how ask just nasty .

I came on a SATURDAY at 4pm, pulled into the drive through to a handwritten sign on the menu board saying 'drive through closed'.... so I parked my car, and walked to the side door, and it was locked smh. So I tried the front doors, and they were locked too. No 'closed today' signs up or nothing.
I saw some young guy without a uniform on inside talking to someone across the counter, so they were clearly there ignoring me lol. Just real ratchet and unprofessional. I left and took my money elsewhere. Won't be back neither.

Always shut down prior then the stated business close time.
It was the worst BK food experience ever. I had similar experience with this store before, but I thought it might have been just a bad time for once. However, the store quality has not changed at all.
The onion rings were fried in old oil, soggy, and tasted horribly bitter. You can tasted the old burnt oil. French fries was cold, not fresh and soggy. Seems like it has been sitting under that heating lamp all day long.
The burger Patty's was cold, oily and uncooked. And the cheese was clearly just put it in when they served, which clearly shows the burger were not cooked recently and cheese were hard, cold not melted at all.
I will never eat at this BK location. I recommend not to go there until they improve their food quality and service. The whole order went to trash to avoid bad stomach experience.
I love BK and this location is terrible.
Since there is no "Zero star" I gave 1.

As someone who once managed Burger King corporate stores and the BK on W. Tennessee Street, I was appalled at the manager at the Mahan store last Tuesday evening. First, the doors were locked at 8:30. The drive though was one car in front of me and no one behind me. It took 18 minutes to get a standard whopper cheese and an order of fries. When I asked the manger why it was taking so long he responded, telling me "If you don't like it, don't come back." He then proceeded to blow a kiss. If he had worked under me, he would have been immediately fired. Absent profanity or a disruption (there was none of either), a franchise owner who cares about the customer or the business can't tolerate a manager telling a patron not to come back.
Junior Whoppers all day.

Lazy workers that don't want to take your order, so they claim drive through is closed. Placing a mobile order here means you'll be waiting for a long time. I used to go here once a week as a treat but it's gone downhill.

This place either made us sick or gave us food poisoning. Me and my mother started feeling sick a few hours after eating. I threw up just a few minutes ago and despite eating dinner and a few small snacks well after eating there, it was only remnants of the BK meal that came up.
Should've turned around and left after realizing that two of the employees were using one of the tables for their toddler and watching their child there, while on shift, and likely distracted by the child. I hate to mention that because the parents were both very nice and polite and seem like lovely people, but that doesn't change the fact that being distracted by taking care of a small child while working would've caused distraction and, as such, likely ended up causing food contamination. Or maybe it's unrelated given the history of people in this section mentioning finding stuff in their food. Maybe both, who knows.
Do NOT eat here. And, employees with children, please try to find a babysitter, and if you can't find one call out of work if possible or find a daycare if one is a financial possibility. While I'm not blaming the kid, the little one could easily cause distractions and possibly mishaps for you and your fellow employees.
Owners, you are being robbed by your employees. They stop working and taking orders at this location around 8:30 on the weekend and just hang out outside and smoke.
