The person at this drive-thru was extremely rude to me. It was between 11 to 1 am. I can't remember the exact time. It was a Saturday night on 2/9/25 She acted extremely rude. I recommend the manager check the cameras. She was a black female with short hair. Giving me a very hard time for no reason when I was picking up a doordash order. She was extremely mean and nasty to me for absolutely no reason. I will never go there again for orders for pickup.

If I could give this place is zero I absolutely would! I have been to this place twice in my life. The first time I was refused for paying with $100 bill. The second time I waited for 30 minutes on three orders of chicken fries, and two burgers one of the burgers was ketchup. Only the other one was ketchup, mustard and cheese only. It took three attempts to get my food, right. After an hour of going back-and-forth within the establishment, I asked to be refunded and was refused! Though I had brought the food back into this establishment, every time to show them that it was wrong they were demanding all of the feedback that I had thrown away. I went into the trashcan, removed the burgers and gave them back to the people who were working there who continued to refuse to return my Money! It was only after an altercation, throwing of the burgers, cussing and name-calling that one of the employees agreed to return my money. I have yet to see the refund to my account! Never in my life will I ever go to this Burger King again!!

Kind human beings working here is what I experienced today which is more than I can say about a lot of other experiences at fast food restaurants.
However, the outside wrapper of my sandwich was disgusting and covered in a lot of sauce. My french fries were cold and they did not bring me the ranch dressing side that I paid for.
The timing was a long, wait, but it was Christmas Eve so I’m not going to harp on that. I pull around and waited in a parking spot for my food to be delivered and when it finally did and the ranch wasn’t there, I got out of the car and followed the employee back in to ask her to give me some ranch, but I didn’t verbalize. Hey, can you help me because she was on the headset taking a drive-through order.
Then I stood at the counter for about seven minutes, maybe more waiting for someone to acknowledge me so that I could get my ranch.
Anyways, I’m not trying to be nitpicky. The wait was long, the food was cold, but the people were kind, and I think they were doing their best just not very perceptive of customers within their presence and I am sure that they were slow extra slow today due to the holidays.
DANGIT, also - NO BACON. I particularly like this crispy chicken spicy bacon sandwich because the bacon makes it extra good and this is like the third time I’ve gotten it from different locations and they did not put the bacon on it.
FIREY BACON RPYAL CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH
Just doesn’t hit the same without the dang bacon.

Tried the promotional Wednesday's Whopper meal. Service was very friendly. I was asked to park to wait on onion rings. But was brought my order within a couple minutes (within reason).

It was Great Service. The young lady that took our order was very professional and calm and let my daughter and I know that they were short staff and it may take a few. As we waited for about 7 minutes. The same young lady that took our order came out and gave us our food and apologized for the wait and let us know everything was fresh. My daughter and I was just passing through from our road trip and this will be our stop again. Not sure of the young lady name but her hair was red. Thank you again for your professionalism.
