Employees do not wear gloves, they have it there way, not your way want to argue at window and sit at window at least 10 minutes. Don't deserve 1 star

Curious as to what time your lobby closes? Might want to have Google adjust your lobby hours so that your employees don’t run to the door while im there to pick up a doordash order and tell me the lobby is closed at 8:30pm and I need to go to the drive thru. Also may want to have the employee turn down her headset and I’m really surprised your speaker isn’t blown. Very rude and unprofessional. Will discuss with DoorDash about the merchant and how Burger King affects our money every time bc the employees want to play and not focus on customers.

I had a bad experience and service at this burger king! i came here 3 days in a row and every time the employees were very rude, disrespectful. The employees took there time making our food, they were on there phones a lot, and ignored the customers. Definitely never coming back again.

This burger I got looks like it’s sick . Their staff is in my opinion needs to train more , thy seem like they don’t wanna be at work so the food suffers . I’m a truck driver and after wasting 20 dollarsbecause they didn’t refund me I ended up next door at Waffle House

Unbelievable. Pathetic. Order our food, place was not busy inside. Several drive throughs poped up and took priority, no problem. The inssues began when the wait turned into a longer wait. We were told the food would be brought out to our table. We Had our drinks. We waited. Waited, then noticed a gentleman ( customer) up at the counter joking around with 3 of the staff. This went on for quite awhile. The gentleman got his food, sat back down took the items from the bag, fries burger etc. Unrapped part of the burger then placed items back in bag and went back to the counter with it. Told the employee that it was missing fries and wasn't correct. He was given our order. When this took place the attempt was made. My wife went up to the counter and said no as I was shaking my head no we want different food. The employee wanted to re bag the fries as is. No we want new fries and burgers the items were touched by the customer. Unbelievable that this stunt would even be considered. Stay away.

Well… I walked in… looked at the empty counter for 5 minutes and walked out… honestly no brainer why this group had to file bankruptcy. At least they are consistent… in that they always disappoint.
