Asked a question because couldn't see my options, she said it's on the screen, well if i didnt see it i wouldn't have asked.no napkins i asked for wopper with cheese no cheese wrapped in paper wrapper. Never got it that way before. Should have seen the signs, like parking lot empty and had to wait for food. Lesson learned.

Horrible service. Pulled into the drive thru and there was no one in line or in the store. An employee outside smoking and one sitting in the dining area and we were asked to pull into the parking lot to wait on our food. I've been here 10 minutes and have yet to receive my meal. The young lady with the yellow hair was cuddling with a guy in the booth

Went drive through was not give an iteam that I paid so I parked and went in to just have the manager that was on tell me I was a lier and that she put the item in the bag her self. I asked her to come to my truck and look, she would not. This was today at 12 on 12/16/24. Will never be back to this location WORST EVER!!!!!!!!

Your drive thru cashier for this evening December 5th at approximately 9:45 pm. customer service was horrible and I felt rushed through my service. Remind u I’m The paying customer. This store has been lacking on allot lately and I haven’t been complaining at all. Burger King has been one of my best places to eat and this location either always out of stuff but what erks me the most is when they cook the fries in the same grease where they cook the onion rings. I can really go on and on but that’s all I have to say for right now. God bless and please to better Burger King…OH AND BEFORE I FORGET “please” stop pulling people up to the door all because y’all don’t want to add up y’all drive thru time.
Shame on owner for both hiring enough people to provide speedy service. Employees nice but to few of them. Two years and I have NEVER not had to park and wait front the drive thru.

Quite possibly the worst Burger King I’ve ever eaten at in my life. My hashbrowns were just a greasy mess and they weren’t even cooked properly. They look like they were burned in the fryer. Even my French toast sticks looked like they were burnt. I trusted Burger King for my breakfast this morning, and I feel completely let down.
