A recent visit to Burger King revealed a hardworking employee named Janisha. Despite arriving to find no one else at work, including the manager, she chose to stay and handle all tasks alone. Janisha cooked, bagged, and delivered orders to customers at the window. Despite the long wait times, she remained patient and polite, apologizing for the delay.
However, there were some issues with the video menu and employee knowledge of the menu. Only one item was incorrect, which is an improvement. Burger King is encouraged to recognize and praise Janisha for her dedication and commitment. Her positive attitude and work ethic were commendable, especially under challenging circumstances.
