Always understaffed. Just went there last week and no ice, chicken filets or fries. Fish sandwich was very crisp, almost burned. This is not the first time. I've run into problems before there, no ice or were not open right now. The main person at Burger King needs to look at this place. It needs a new owner or manager or just close it.

Best Burger King ever!!! You just gotta catch the late night crew, coolest manager around. Made me the best whopper I've ever eaten! Also, just made my night in general with the kindness and smiles after a long day. No more Whataburger for this girl. Anytime I'm around that area at night I'll be there.
The store hours posted specify the lobby opens at 6? Stopped kn this morning the door is locked. The worker behind the counter is clearly on her phone and ignores me. Called the store manager, she says the lobby won't open until 3 due to under staffing. If you have a large vehicle or a large trailer, you'll be out of luck.

What's going on at this location. Seems like there's usually something wrong Here. They run out of ice. How can you run out of ice? They close down at random with no explanation. The wait tomes in the drive way are wildly inconsistent sometimes breezing through in minutes then taking forever just to take your order. And I go during the least busy times. I love you guys but tighten up.
These people are the most infuriatingly incompetent people I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. I look at the menu on the app in advance to determine my order, but I place the order at the drive through window. I order the TX Double, after several "huh" "what" "a double" "I don't know what you're saying" they finally say they don't have a TX Double. Well, it's on the menu. Whatever, I order something else. Then I try to order a Frozen Coke, and I was told there is no ice. So I ask if the icee machine is also down, and they said yes. So, no ice for soda and the icee machine is down. Again, I move on from that and order some tea. I go to the window, pay, then move onto the second window to get my food. They try to give me someone else's order! I wait.. They finally bring my order, it's missing the sauce and they didn't give me my drink. So, I get the tea, which of course is warm because.. no ice. The parking lot seemed in disrepair, the service was poor, they didn't have anything I wanted, and they couldn't get the service right. Spent 34.99 here. Yesterday, I went to Texas Roadhouse and spent 40. The only good thing I have to say is that the cheesy tots were hot for a change.
