This location might as well not even exist. The 5-6 times I’ve decided I wanted to grab a burger after shopping I’ve been denied service every single time. From the grills being turned off in the middle of the day, to only accepting mobile orders, I don’t think I have ever seen this Burger King location produce a food product at all.

Inside of store was closed, had already placed a mobile order so had to wait over an hour in the drive thru, store was short staffed so I wasn't very upset about the wait, however when I finally got to the box to inform them of my mobile order the lady told me they would have to remake it because it was made over an hour prior, I said great please remake it. They than had me wait another 15 minutes before telling me to pull around, when I get to the window the lady doesn't say anything hands me a bag and closes the window. I pulled up (big mistake) and checked the bag, it was clearly the bag that was made over an hour prior the fries were ice cold literally like they came out of the freezer, mozzarella fries just as bad. Burger was almost warm and pie was completely melted, and no drink at all. I was unable to wait again to get back in the drive thru line so I had to leave. Corporate was nice and refunded my order but this location has serious problems.

I drive to this burger king inside of Walmart just for the fresh food and great service. Probably the best burger king I've been to in a while. The staff is always great and the food is fresh and hot. Seems to short staffed but the wait is never long. Maybe the lobby could look a little better but working short staff maybe that's why. Still thank you guys for doing the best with what you have!

Horrible!! 25 minutes for chicken fries. All the workers are high. Food is disgusting. Manager has a poor attitude. No one apologized for the wait... They had one fryer open so they could close easier.

Today may 22 I come here and honestly it was horrible , the girl at the register didn’t even said hello , and while taking the order also was on FaceTime, use gloves but does not change them not matter what she touch.Additionally the food was bad , chicken sandwich with lettuce not lettuce at all , the fries where not even cold they where literally rocks and I can keep going …

Uber eats order for Supa DTook 30 minutes and still couldn't complete the order this cost me time and money and I'm very upset about it I had to cancel the order after contacting uber support

We went down to Tallahassee for the holidays to visit family and stopped by to grab some food on the way out of Walmart. Ordered a whopper and on the drive back to the house I took a bite out of the burger, quickly spit it out. After investigating the sliced onion were not peeled. Was disgusted enough to throw the whole burger away not knowing what else could be wrong with it.
