Horrible service, consistently getting orders wrong. Don't order online and if in person check your order well as half the time it is either totally wrong or messed up. On Delivery order the support only will talk to you 24-48 hours after the issue and then the only option you get is a coupon so you can buy more stuff and hopefully spend even more money for them. The support is just a farce.

They never seem to have the Impossible Burger in stock even though it shows up as something you can order on the app, and they won't answer the phone so I can't ask someone. I'm not going to make a trip all the way over there, park in the parking lot, walk into the store (no drive through), just to be told they don't have any Impossible Burgers and they haven't had them in weeks.

Let’s just say, we decided to buy a $5 meal which included a burger, chips and drink from outside of Walmart. In which proceeds go towards funding for schools and to hospitals. Plus the food was fresh and better!

DO NOT give this BK any service. We waited over 25 mins for a kids meal chicken nugget. The receipt said 6:20 and didn’t get our food until 6:45pm. Seven people were severed after us. This place is a joke and so are the employees.

I have never been at such a dirty Burger King that should have been the reason I didn't order but I let my hunger speak. There was a hair in my wrap as soon as I opened it up add insult to injury I was told I would get a refund for my entire order and then was given a refund for the wrap only. The tone of the entire exchange was unprofessional which should not have surprised me due to the looks of the place. Never again!

Unbelievable, NEVER had to deal with someone so incompetent, rude to every customer including myself rushing people and arguing with customer. I wouldn’t come here again. I’d rather go elsewhere. Franchise owner/manager needs to address this as it’s become outrageous

I stood at the register for a couple minutes hoping to order food. There was one employee in the back. He eventually came to the front but didn't greet/welcome me. A lady emerged from the office wearing regular clothes shoving whatever food she had left into her mouth. Walked straight up to the fountain machine right in front of me made eye contact with me as she filled up a drink for herself sipped it then continued to french fries. No hand washing, no gloves, no greeting or welcome to the waiting customer(s). I ended up leaving there feeling disgusted and completely invisible like I was just a nuisance. Sale or not they still get paid their hourly wage so no loss to them I guess.

The cashier only halfway paid attention when my boyfriend and I ordered ; she was dismissive and rude. The only correct thing in my order was the onion rings which were riddled with thick pieces of black hair. DISGUSTING
