Loved the place! The ambiance is cute and local, they show b&w movie. Our servers - two young girls - were wonderful and the food is so good! The portions are generous, perfect for the beginning of the day, definitely we’ll be back!
Strawberry brioche French toast was solid, but the bathroom was disgusting. Seating's a tight mess, and the staff were yelling at each other right next to customers—felt more like a reality show than a peaceful cafe. Total chaos.
Food was very good. Service ok. The place inside is too small, just one bathroom, it needs more maintenance and love.
Good place great service
The food was good. The waitress was subpar at best. In fact she ruined the experience. Had out of town visitor who I brought to the Monroe St. location. The restaurant was moderately busy but there were empty tables. She was passively aggressive in her rudeness. Will not go back to this location ever.
Place sucked, ordered chicken and waffles expecting a nice warm brunch meal and was met with a mediocre slightly cold waffle adorned with 3 of the smallest chicken tenders i’ve ever seen in my life. For $14 that is an abysmal food to price ratio i felt like I was actually robbed i couldn’t believe they proudly served that joke of a meal. We also ordered the cinnamon roll french toast which was good flavor wise but was served to us cold which left much to be desired. Will never return here again I left very unsatisfied and unhappy with the price i paid for disappointment. Our server mary was a doll though.

Service was low effort. I can understand that they were very busy but the service was impersonal and spotty. Also waited a long time to sit and a long time to get our food once we ordered. Will not be going again

Cute little breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. We got there just before the Sunday brunch rush. Food was hot and tasty, service was excellent. Would recommend

Server was amazing and attentive. However, my avocado toast had aluminum foil in it and the avocado was clearly not very good anymore it was brown. I replaced it with chicken and waffles and the chicken was so so small and the waffle didn’t have much flavor and had black all over the bottom from the grill. The food was nothing like the pictures and I didn’t eat either meal.

Dirty place (actually chose to go to a truck stop for the restroom over using the restroom here), tables get wiped but over all dirty (walls, vents, etc.). Food was the “most okayist food” I’ve ever had for brunch. Food was bland. Coffee was weak and stale tasting. They were out of many menu items when we were there but maybe they just had a busy week.
I’m genuinely confused by how different our experience was from the reviews of others.
