Canopy Road Cafe - Ghost Kitchen

Walked in with my daughter to get her a pancake today. The woman working counter is always friendly and the cook in the back was super kind to us! I pick up from this restaurant frequently and orders do not take long at all and everyone is always welcoming. ❤️

Fire the whole staff immediately! The lady at the front bagging orders is rude, no type of customer service at all. Ive been ordering corn beef hash for years since canopy first came to Tallahassee on parkway. Never have I ever had to ask for crispy, today I ordered it and it looked like it had not been placed on the griddle at all. I shouldn’t have complained or questioned it because the customer service just got worse. Cook started dancing, bagger continuously rolling her eyes. Honestly a waste of $60

We ordered from here Saturday around 1130 am. We got 2 pancakes, one was delicious and the other one was really light, almost looked half cooked.. my step daughter was eating her pancake and found something strange in her pancake.. our grits were still gritty, and the hashbriwns were half cooked as well. Headed out of town and wanted something good, this wasn't it.

HUGE thank you to Matt and AJ for your amazing customer service and assistance this past weekend. Tallahassee experienced one of the worst storms in a long time and trying to find food was scary. Matt and AJ was kind, friendly and had open doors when others weee closed. The food was delicious, hot and we really appreciate your kind services in the midst of unfortunate circumstances. I am very disappointed, I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. For one when I received my food it was cold and when I looked in the containers my food was burnt. They gave me itty bitty pieces of chicken I am not a toddler who is that suppose to fill up? The hash browns were inedible and the “chicken tenders” had a funny taste. Wouldn’t feed this stuff to my dog. I understand that this is a ghost kitchen but at least try and put out food that is good.

Uber eats did not deliver part of our order and was of no help to fix the issue. When we called Canopy Road they promptly re made the part of our order that was missing even though the issue was not on their end. Excellent customer service as always !

Gracyn is so sweet. The cook (don't know his name) was very friendly too. The food is fantastic

This places received 11 violations 5 of which were very very disgusting. Do NOT eat here it is absolutely disgusting.

My breakfast quesadilla isn't brown and is barely warm. My cheese grits are basically just cheese. Worst experience at canopy roads Cafe. Wouldn't recommend going here ever. Waaay to much money for such poor

IF AJ AND MATTHEW TAKE AND MAKE YOUR ORDER, DON'T WASTE TIME AND ENERGY CHECKING IT BECAUSE IT'LL BE 100%ACCURATE!!! Anyone else....... well I'll put it to ya like this, "tear open the bag and check every item to make sure you have even the basic utensils inside lol
