This place is comically bad. Where is the hidden camera? After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru to order, the employee asked for my order but didn’t respond. After 10 more minutes, I drove to the window to find no one there. Eventually, she came from the back, lectured me because she didn’t have my order, said she didn’t have my order nor the car behind me, and said she’s not supposed to take orders at the window. I left rather than argue.

I think they are using fake meat. The fish was awful and it was not light golden brown it was cooked too long!

Representative was just downright nasty. They were getting ready to get off. Didn't get my full order they need to close down. Atrocious service!! Got my money back. There's no need to just be that nasty.

Stay away from this place..our food was both cold and burnt if you can imagine..service was awful , and when I complained, and ask for a refund , I was told no we don't do that here..Next day I call to complaine to corporate, I was lied to and said I would get a refund of my money ..but never did..if this is how you treat you customer, you don't deserve my money..stay away from captain d at orange Ave , south side of Tallahassee Florida . They sux!!!!!!!!!

I decided I wanted some Captain D's tonight. Bottom line, the food was horrible!!! For example, the coleslaw is (was) my favorite, but when I put it in my mouth, I spit it out immediately. The shrimp, barely warm and half done (mushy), and the chicken-over cooked. So, I WILL be taking it back to the Mgr.
Captain D's needs a cook, and I don't recommend NOTHING!!!
I returned it the following Sunday and I must say, the manager and workers understood and my EVERYTHING right.

Was here a couple weeks ago and the male cook in the back was the only 5 star member. The 2 ladies behind the counter were rude, inattentive and just near lazy... Their idea of calling u for an order was yelling "hey u" or "Mrs. ma'am" from behind the counter but god forbid u try and stand by the counter waiting for the cup they were supposed to give you, they will let u know that you can sit down and they will call you. The attitude definitely could have been left at home that day

What's the point of ordering ahead online if you still have to wait 13 minutes past the pickup time at a mostly empty restaurant? Had to park and wait, then the woman who brought my food out didn't even make eye contact, much less apologize for the wait. Food was great, but they could really use some basic customer service training.
