Usually it's very good ,it depends on if there's enough staff. They were short handed . But the two peaple there worked hard n did what they could. I'd rate them a 5 , but the management a 3 for under staffing. And not being there.

Just has a very odd smell. Was a mildew smell now its a odd blend of mildew and cleaning product smell. They had a ceiling leak under repair whe. The first time we attempted to go and the mildew smell was really bad so we left that was like 2 weeks before and this time it wasn't near as strong but still present so we got our food to go
This place is great for occasional dinner. My family and I come in for dinner at least twice a month. My husband and I both work full time and we don’t often have time to cook. So we let the captain cook for us.

The hush puppies did not taste like hush puppies and were tough. The crabcakes were close to burnt. The broccoli was soggy and the shrimp a little spongy. So very disappointed.

Tonight was the first night that I have ever received Great customer service at that north Monroe location, Jahlaya I think that’s her name. She was very pleasant suggestive sales. She even offered a choice of a side of an item that I buy often it was never given a choice. Smile on her face like she was happy to be there. and as I was waiting for my food, I observed her constantly wiping down the counters and the machines in the building. That’s someone that takes pride in their job way to go to a great manager training, her staff.
