This will be a detailed posting. I hire based on reviews when I don't know the company. This company came highly recommended by several clients and, after reading the reviews, I hired them to cater my small wedding this past weekend.

The Good: The food was superb. It's innovative, creative and very tasty. Chef Justin received many, many compliments from my guests. The servers were punctual, polite and professional.

I work at an event venue and I see a lot of different catering companies and this one is the best one yet! The hospitality that their staff has is incredible. Very kind and always willing to help even when it’s not their job. Wonderful food as well!

Catering Capers handled my mother’s memorial service and they did an amazing job. The food was fantastic the service was professional and we received many compliments. Highly recommend.
