Quaint salad and grain bowl restaurant. Great mid Eastern flavors. Lamb and falafel, chicken and steak. Different hummus flavors. A mix of different dressings. Good food, service was fast. I enjoyed the build your own salad, and my favorite menu item is the pita chips. Fried to perfection, crispy outside, soft inside and I got the hot harissa vinaigrette to dip into, oh so good. Will eat here again.

Our Tallahassee Cava team is incredible! The food is always delicious and fresh and the staff always remain friendly while providing top notch service! My family has created a ‘Cava club’ where we meet every Saturday to enjoy great food and see one another. Thank you Tallahassee Cava for providing a wonderful atmosphere.

In Tallahassee for 2 days and I was so excited to try Cava for the 1st time. I had the harissa avocado bowl with pita. The bowl was delicious. The pita chips were so salty, difficult to enjoy. I splurged and got a brownie. Brownie not worth the price.
