I'm impressed again by the number of options that Cava has. I enjoyed a bowl with brown rice, black lentils, harissa, kalamata olives, avocado, salted pickles, harissa, balsamic vinaigrette, and harissa vinaigrette. Either the rice or the lentils was slightly undercooked but otherwise it was very good.

Shoutout to John and Sophia at Cava on Thomasville Road in Tallahassee! They were both so professional, patient, and genuinely kind. They took their time helping me, answered my questions, and made me feel really comfortable and taken care of. On top of that, the food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I wanted. This location has great service and a great team.

Amazing service, walked in close to closing and got no attitude whatsoever. All workers were super nice and professional. Will definitely be coming back every time I’m in Tallahassee.
