Not honest staff, they scalp you if they run out of food. Especially this time meat. Both my partner and I ordered chicken, and this is the second time this location has not replaced our meat if they ran out of something. It was incredibly unprofessional for the staff to not even offer a substitute or some sort of refund for one of the most expensive ingredients that is in the price. Whoever was managing this day is a poor worker and needs to run this place better, and not steal from customers. If I wanted a veggie bowl… I would have paid for one..smh.

My experience today was the best experience I’ve ever had at any cava location I’ve been to all because of my encounter with the young lady I believe her name is LOLA excuse me if I spell that wrong . She was very energetic when greeting me , she made sure to be patient with me . Normally I come with my teens to help me but this was my very first time coming alone and having to figure out what to get was kind of nerve wrecking but with the help of Lola and her understanding my picky taste buds she helped me with my byob and I must say THAT WAS FREAKING DELICIOUS!!!!! Now I can come without my kids haha thank you so much Lola !! I cannot wait until we meet again ! Thank you cava for a wonderful employee helping me start off my weekend !!
