This has got to be the worst Cava I have ever been to. I have been a total of 3 times and each time something is wrong. The first time the steak was dry. The second time the chicken was literally burnt! Today the customer service subpar and the server was so rude. I simply asked if I could add something to my bowl which was a steak and feta bowl and she said “no” and pushed my plate down the line without making any eye contact. I can understand if you are out due to the time (9 pm) at which I was ordering but why could I not add onto a bowl I was paying for. Also I wasn’t checking out when I asked I was in the line for toppings.

I absolutely have loved Cava since they came to Tallahassee and I am especially glad that there is a location near my house!!! So fulfilling and tasty…I love the balsamic date vinaigrette on everything!! Absolutely must try this place out if you haven’t already!

I had a bad experience at this CAVA there was male individual named Jaylen I received strange looks he spoke in an arrogant tone as if I was bothering him and he gave me alot of steak and I was double charged. Also tossed my bowl over to the next employee very nonchalant. This behavior is unacceptable. Hopeful he isn't there next time I return.
