My experience today was the best experience I’ve ever had at any cava location I’ve been to all because of my encounter with the young lady I believe her name is LOLA excuse me if I spell that wrong . She was very energetic when greeting me , she made sure to be patient with me . Normally I come with my teens to help me but this was my very first time coming alone and having to figure out what to get was kind of nerve wrecking but with the help of Lola and her understanding...

My experience overall was pretty darn good, they were busy but the wait in line went by extremely fast I didn’t realize it….. let’s not forget Lola was so kind and the food was great

I think I just had one of the most genuinely thoughtful interactions with a worker named Jerm (Jeremy) I had a soda and thought I needed a bottle opener he went to my table outside and said he would open it and he saw me walk inside again for something came outside to my table with napkins was honestly an amazing experience and was so glad I came here today
