The person at the register didn’t acknowledge we were standing there. He went about doing different things. When he returned to the register, there was just awkwardness. He never said anything so I just asked for the order I was getting. Flies were flying around. It took a while to get my order. The food was subpar.

Food and service used to be good. Last time, the whole order was messed up, missing fries, etc.
Every sandwich had green peppers when there was no option for it on any of our sandwiches.
Hot fresh food never came here and my experience was horrible this location is always fast and nice thank you to whom ever opened this location with Dexter as manager

I absolutely love this place ! Every time I come in I feel welcomed ? there’s a young lady named Anjelica I always see on my lunch she’s has the best customer service ever , always has a smile on her face & the food is always fresh & hot anytime I’m in the area I’m definitely going to Charlie’s !

The sandwich was delicious. And the service was quick and simple. We came at a really slow time so I can’t say for other days or times but overall really clean as well. Kinda pricey tho. 15$ for one sandwich

The floor is slippery and it smells like over use of Fabulouso , coke zero sprays all over you it’s been broke for quite some time. The food is good tho!
