I said the last time I went I wouldn’t go back but tried it today. Order not right ordered chicken no mushrooms and got beef with mushrooms. Back service had to ask three times for a bag and ketchup . Won’t be back. The on in Boston Massachusetts is excellent

DO NOT GET THE CHEESE FRIES! It's a waste of money. I got the Philly with jalapeños on it, a Sprite, and the "Gourmet Fries." The sandwich was alright. Veggies weren't caramelized like the onions on a regular Philly but whatever, it filled me up. Those fries almost made me puke though. They were way TOO cheesy, like if you take Kraft plastic cheese, melt it, put it in a squeezy bottle with extra oil, then squeeze like half of it onto the fries. I only ate maybe 5 of the fries, then threw the rest out. Should've gotten the regular ones...

The black guys in there clearly were more worried about the females walking up and saying hello then pushing out customers orders. So much so to getting the order wrong and over cooking the bacon and meat. When approached they had a “no care attitude “ there’s five people behind the counter and took 28 minutes to get our food. Definitely disrespectful

Pretty disappointed in this place. The girl at the counter was in her phone in between every customer and made sure to text someone before she greeted me. The California cheesesteak was below average too. If you’re looking for a place to eat, don’t go here lol. I paid $16 for my sandwich and a strawberry lemonade. Way too expensive for sub par food.

I ate there 07/31/2023 while shopping, it was over 100 degrees outside and I got a drink, I finished it on the way to the car and just happened to take the lid off…I have left voicemails which have yet to be responded to by the Manager, to which this will stay posted on the reviews.
