The food isn't worth the cheaper price. The only saving grace were the fries. Unfortunately, you can taste when something has been refried for their convenience, versus fresh. The Lake Bradford location is the worst. The employees are great, though.

I just want to take a min to recognize all the employees at the location. My husband and I decided to go here about a month ago and I was baffled at how polite and kind the employees were. I thanked them for being so courteous. The food was fresh and hot. Fast forward to tonight we door dashed checkers and the manager called me personally to let me know they didn't have the drinks we wanted and asked what we would like instead, he was friendly, had amazing manners. Thank yall!! If any of you see this, I appreciate your kindness and professionalism.

Went an hour and a half before they closed and wouldn’t take my mobile saying that they closed. Then I asked one of the people to cancel the order and he just told me to figure it out. This the second time now that I place a mobile order and they don’t even try to make an attempt to help.
Older guy with the beard, usually wears a flat bill keeps this place in business fr. Give this man a raise, I go here way too much and he is top tier every single time, get this man on corporate.

Staff keeps ignoring me at the menu microphone and refusing to follow doordash “bad store” policy which requires staff to show all the item to a driver before sealing the bag when stores have a bad reputation for missing items.
