placed a mobile order at this location, got home and saw this at the bottom of my box (a piece of hair and a used pimple patch). i threw up everything i ate. i called the number connected to the location, the phone is not even connected. i called corporate and they only wanted to give me a $5 credit….. i asked for a full refund of my meal and was told if i wanted a refund i would need to wait 3-4 business days for a call from the stores management team. very unhelpful and unprofessional. will never eat here again. and if i come up sick i will be suing.

Worst checkers in Tallahassee. Food is never fresh. I’m pretty sure they just re drop cooked fries in grease to make it seem like they are cooked fresh. Picked up a few fries out of my large fry and my fingertips were covered in grease. Had to use my napkins to squeeze out all of the excess grease from the fries. This is not the 1st time with them. But there are a couple other locations in Tallahassee that are much better than them when it comes to quality

Pulled up to the window and there was no one in line but the man yelled hold on wait a minute. After 10 mins I heard what do you want. I order and I heard a sigh and him say pull up. I looked in the window no one was wearing hairnets and made me wait and the windo til he was ready. When I got my food the burger was cold and the fries were soggy. I also ordered a milkshake and I looked and tasted like someone squirted chocolate syrup on to and didn't mix it. I ended up throwing everything away

One of checkers mottos from what ive learned is to reward the hardworking and often underappreciated which is ppl such as myself. The least they could do is hire ppl that can actually live up to that. I ordered 2 chicken boxes with 2 baconzilla and some extra fries without some of that extra sause and they messed it up. When i told them about it i wasn't trying to create a scene and i was being very patient and polite but they were rude about. When they said it will be a 15 minutes wait, i was there for 30 minutes. What a hot mess that was. I like checkers but the wrong ppl work at this location. I don't think I'll be eating at this location anytime soon. The food was decent when it finally got to me but the ppl weren't. They kinda threw it at me and it looked like a kindergartener put that bag they gave me together. How petty and unprofessional. I'm pretty disappointed.

Went here tonight when I got off work. I asked to order a #3 the guy said that they was not serving combos 1 thru 4 because they was closing soon. So I ordered 3 of the Tpain combos only to get home and the burgers was ice cold, fries and nuggets was cold and hard. Don't waste your $ here for cold old food.

The food here was great and the staff was very friendly. The only issue that I have is that it's extremely tight. There's only a small drive-thru and about 5 parking spots. If you're in a big truck just pay attention when you pull in. The food is absolutely worth it though. In my opinion theses are the best fries around. I wish we had one in wakulla county. If you're in the area though male sure to stop by and give these guys a try. I'm sure your food will be as hot and tasty as ours was. Thanks checkers crew.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Mike was very rude when taking my order and then upon receiving my order I only received half of my order and the half I did receive was thrown into the bag open and spilling into the bottom l. I called and was told they would make it right if I came back with my receipt only to be told at the window they could not refund my money and could only offer to remake the meal. Will not be going back.

I went to get something to eat after getting off of work. It was around 12am. I ordered number 1. I got my food and drive to hotel which is right next door. I bite into my buy and it was cold. Later that night I got so sick. I couldn’t stay out the bathroom. I’m sure it was the food from Checkers. I didn’t eat anything else that day just water.

I had like 10 people to feed, we parked so they didn't have to rush and mess up the order. They still did, and when I tried to tell them they didn't put cheese on half of the Cheeseburgers, they literally just sent some sliced cheese through the window. We just won't be back to that one.
