My order was given away. I went to window and person finally came to see what I wanted. I decided I wanted a refund and request ignored. I opened windows and said I just want a refund. The employees ignored me other than to ask if I opened the window. I said yes. I just want a refund. Your employees ignored my request and just went back to laugh ting. I usually frequent the st. Augustine road location as well as the south monroe location, always ALWAYS fresh, hot, enjoyable food. Today I was near the mahan location and stopped to get food to take home. The service at the walk up window seemed to not want to be there. I drove the 10 minutes to my home and the sandwiches were good but the fries and chicken bites were like cardboard. It was hot but it tasted like re-heated left-overs. Very dry and a little tough. The service at the window was a little slow. Had to wait on 🍟 but at least it was hot. Not impressed but not dissatisfied.
