I went to checkers for the first time in a few years and it was okay. I had some minor issues with the order so I filled out the survey but never expected any type of response. I was surprised when the general manager called to talk about the issues. I had the pleasure of speaking to Brittany (hope I spelled that right) and she apologized and asked if there was anything she could do to make it right. It's nice to see when employees care about their customers and their experiences. Looking forward to a trip back soon for another go around!

They do a great burger and other sandwiches. On the other hand, I had a specialty burger that was awful. Fries are great. Crew is always helpful, nice and efficient.Their website/app is somewhat dysfunctional. It is a bit counter-intuitive to pre-order fast food and try to time a pickup so order is hot. Last time I tried, I was given a "ready time," arrived then, and they hadn't started order because of some confusion. Only time I've had a problem.I enjoy the Checker burger, spicy chicken and hot dog. I do not recommend the patty melt.My ratings are based on type of place it is. Fast food, etc.

Probably not the healthiest food you can get, but pretty darn tasty if you're craving that greasy burger and amazing fries combo. We generally park and walk up to the window where the service has always been good. Seems they rarely clean the outside tables, which makes finding one that's not wet or covered in goo an adventure, but you're not here for fine dining either. Kind of a guilty pleasure, but a good and fast/affordable one!

Im a truck driver and was having a long day, and hadn't eaten in 12 hours just because I was too busy, and noticed there was room to get in and out of this strip mall, so I pulled in. When I walked up to the order window there was a sign that said they were short staffed and were drive thru only, just as I was about to turn around disappointed and having to figure out something else to eat (the next place I knew of I'd fit that had more then snack food was 100 miles) the girl working the drive waved me up and told me since I was in a big truck theyd take my order on walk up. It was super cool of them and I truly appreciate it veryuch. It's not often people are nice or considerate of us anymore and it really is kind of them to have taken care of me!

No stars. Ordered at the speaker, told to pull up, sat at the window close to 5 minutes. The window opens, she says the amount, I give, she goes away for .5 minute, comes back open the window, hands me a bag, goes back, makes Root beer, brings drink to the window , root beer all over the outside of the cup. I ask for napkins and she hands me those as quickly as she's handed me everything else. I thank her and drive away. Get to where I'm going and the napkins all look as if they fell to the floor,walked on, picked up and returned to the stack.Never again Checkers any location. ? Nite: Food is all cold too!

Ordered online. Drive to the store took under 10 minutes was told to park and food would be brought right out to me. Waited 15 minutes. Went to window and asked about the hold up. Was told she was working on it and to give her 1.5 minutes. Finally got food fries were fresh and hot, burger was hot and fresh, cheesesticks were Luke warm. Could tell they were not fresh.
