terrible experience every single time i go. One time got uncooked chicken. And recently have been going since they opened up for breakfast and ruins my morning every single time. The supervisor YELLED at me over her misunderstanding and still didnt correct my order. Also went last week and ordered at 1015 and they werent able to fufill and order and were taking forever to refund orders. This is unnaceptable.

Went here the other day, incredible staff, food was hot and tasted just like my home Chick-Fil-A. I couldn’t figure out how to order on the self-service kiosk so the supervisor came out and helped me, super nice guy. Friendly staff the whole way through, definitely will come here again.

The worst service I've ever had at a Chick-Fil-A. I ordered a tea on a kiosk in store (required). There was no option to add lemon. The store was not busy, so when I was handed my drink I asked for lemon or a shot of lemonade. Server just said "no". Just "no". When I asked why, I was told "because you didn't order it that way" A manager came over (!) and reinforced server's answer. I didn't want to cause a scene, so started to leave and they kept talking. I was told I should have ordered a "Sunjoy" It was nuts! They were very insistent that I did it wrong and clearly needed to suffer the consequences!

I when through the drive in order 2spicy chicken sandwich with cheese.
By the time I got to my house gave the sandwich to my kids. They "didn't have the cheese I pay for ." Is a long drive back. Just to complain.

My gf ate tonight at this location and bit into clear wrap from her grilled chicken.This is unacceptable, dangerous, and not in keeping with the Chick-fil-A brand.

Evening manager James is an a-hole with a nasty attitude for no reason (probably Napoleon complex). Everyone else is decent. Stay away from 4 Rivers too with their stingy portions.

All Chick-fil-A’s are friendly? No! These are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered…and they can be because 30,000 people only have a handful of choices for food.
