This location stays busy the majority of the day. Despite the continuous flow of customers, the staff always provides each customer with wonderful service. Every employee is always upbeat, positive, and welcoming. When in the Tallahassee area, this is my preferred location.
Parking: The parking isn't ideal for the amount of traffic this location receives. Being located in a Winn-Dixie plaza, it is a little difficult when there is a significant line in the drive thru.
I come here all the time and never have a problem and I always order over $30 of food. I do ask for ten mayo packets every time because I order a lot of chicken and tonight they said they can’t do it. This restaurant makes so much money there is no reason they can’t give me the amount of mayo I want. I guess I’ll be eating dry chicken

I recently visited this location and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. When I approached the register, there was no greeting or acknowledgment from the cashier. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude. The cashier, Sharon, threw the receipt and straw onto the wet counter without any care, making my experience even more frustrating. To top it off, she immediately yelled, "Next in line!" before I even had a chance to gather my things. This level of disrespect and poor service is unacceptable, and it made me feel like my business wasn't valued at all.

Service was fine, dining room and bathroom were both a bit dirty. The food, however, was an epic failure. See attached pictures. These 3 teeny tiny chicken slivers (I can't even call them tenders) cost me $10. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Gross. They screwed up a simple chik sandwich. Made me sick the whole next day. Place should be shut down. Their chik pieces look darker than normal. They must use a food dye or something cuz even at the "other end" looked odd. Don't trust this place!

It's hard to go wrong with Chick-fil-A. Always a good meal. Drive thru can be slow, but if you've got time to wait or go inside, it's a good experience.

I had to turn around and go back to the store because when I ordered two chocolate milks they gave me one chocolate one regular. It seems pretty simple to tell the color difference to know you giving them the wrong product but they didn't bother to look
