This location is the first Chick-fil-A I’ve ever had a bad experience at, and it’s happened numerous times here! Multiple times our order has been missing items. After the third time we called the store but sadly the manager was rude, offered no help, and we ended up having to go through corporate for vouchers for our missing food.
Today we placed an order for pick up for 3 people. The drive thru was full and so we went inside to pick it up. We were told there was no order from us. When we insisted we did have one placed online the same manager was rude (shocker!) and said “it would be a while” and gave us no idea of how long we’d need to wait for our food. When we got home our order was wrong. Again. Go to any other Chick-fil-A in town! Avoid this location.

This is the third time I have had an order sent to me by Door Dash from this location and received no drink. Each time I'm told that the staff at the location said there was no drink despite it being specifically listed. When it's a third time, its a habit not an accident.

Thought Id stop and get me and my boyfriend dinner before his shift at the hospital so I went through the drive through, drove 20 minutes home and found out they forgot half of his meal even though it was on the ticket/ receipt and gave him the wrong drink. Left a voicemail. I don’t care if my order gets messed up but my boyfriend works hard and deserves a good meal.

This location stays busy the majority of the day. Despite the continuous flow of customers, the staff always provides each customer with wonderful service. Every employee is always upbeat, positive, and welcoming. When in the Tallahassee area, this is my preferred location.
Parking: The parking isn't ideal for the amount of traffic this location receives. Being located in a Winn-Dixie plaza, it is a little difficult when there is a significant line in the drive thru.
