I ordered my meal delivery. After 15 minutes, without my meal I went to get a refund because I didn’t want cold food. I asked the manager for a refund. She left the front and went to the back which took her at least 10 minutes. The manager didn’t return with my receipt. She sent someone else. The young lady came out and so did other coworkers looking at me with anger and disgust. The sad thing about it is the manager reaction was absolutely terrible. I was not hostile. I was very polite even though my order has been incorrect on several occasions.

😡😡😡😡 why do you guys even accept DoorDash orders when you have a Chick-fil-A right outside? You don’t know what these Dashers go through walking through the mall, trying not to make eye contact with all of the beggars that’s vending on the side, just to pick up a 3 to 5 dollar order and drive 20 minutes away. There’s no reason at all for you guys to accept DoorDash Uber eats or anything when you have a store outside.

Drive through forgot both the kids meals I ordered and I also ordered a sandwich that I'm pretty sure I paid for but it didn't show up on the packing receipt or in the bag and so I had to buy it again. Either I bought it twice or the cashier forgot to enter it the first time.

My kids thrive under the care of Dr Spires. They love him and the office staff are amazing! Always willing to answer a question and deal with scheduling concerns with their other appointments.
