I absolutely ? love chick fil AThe service is always great, the food is more than amazing, if you go there you know you are going to exactly what you want, I go all the time and every single time it's always better than the last lol you can tell I'm addicted ?
I went today to buy ice-cream cones and they gave me super small ones. Just a bit of ice-cream in each cone. I asked the person who took my order and two other workers if they thought the ice-cream were fine and they didn't care. Won't buy anything from this location again.

The service is TERRIBLE. IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT TIME OF THE DAY YOU GO IN IT'S ALWAYS THE SAME SERVICE. SLOW SLOW I ONLY GO BECAUSE OF THE KIDS AND THEY ARE CLOSE BY. THEY HAVE ALL THESE PEOPLE WORKING AND IT TAKES TWENTY MINUTES TO GET A CHICKEN SANDWICH MEAL AND A MILKSHAKE. TWENTY MINUTES LATER.
Their customer service is off the charts....beyond exceptional. Wish I could've given them 10 stars. No arguments, no attitude a smile every time you visit Chick-fil-A. If the line is long the wait is never longer than 15-20 mins. Food always fresh. No complaints. Absolutely love them. Hands down they are the best. I had to add to this review they are absolutely awesome. My son's birthday was a day after mine and the manager gave him a ice-cream cone and a cookie. Soooo sweet. I highly recommend they are always in the best mood and the way they treat their customers is nothing short of amazing ???. Thank you again

Worse chikfila I've been to. Normally my experience with any chikfila is 4 or 5 stars. The fries were burnt, found hair in kids chicken nuggets, salad/lettuce was old and soggy. Management needs to review the cleanliness here.
