This review has more to do with the interview process and lack of communication. My son who is 16 applied to this location but told to interview at the Tennessee street a few weeks ago. He even managed to move up the time at their request. My son’s interview was rather short and fast and he was told he would receive an answer that Friday. When he didn’t hear back he called the Tennessee location and was told he would get an answer that next day. Never got a response.

So, nothing wrong with the food or service. The only thing that bothered me is the fact that employers that take the orders were working in full sun exposure. I understand that we all need to work and sometimes we do whatever we had to do but I think they should have more tents and also ensure the kids working there can at least use hats, sunscreen, and hydrate properly. We are taking about Florida summer when the UV is mostly high or extreme at this period of the year.

The service was not up to par. The girl taking my order was short and did not ask if I had the rewards program. I told her I wanted her to scan my phone she goes ahead and cashed me out anyway. Annoying!!!

I have never been in a Chic Fil A this unfriendly ever! The women at the front counter do not smile. I spoke to this cashier name "Amelia" and she looked at me like I called her a name! The food is too expensive for cashiers to be unfriendly. You all starting to look like McDonald's with your workers and your food!

What's bad to say about any Chick-fil-A!! It's all good and fresh every time. They have NEVER messed up my orders EVER.
Always great customer service and the food was fresh. I absolutely love their attitudes and how accommodating they are to their customers. I wish all restuarants were like this.
While waiting in the drive thru I noticed that the window worker was being very interactive with the car infront of me. Once I got to the window she (Haley) did not speak nor make any eye contact with me. I called and spoke to Terry (supervisor) and explained to him about the entire encounter with Haley. The guy that was assisting her was very nice and he basically was my "translator". He had to repeat everything I said to her since she did not want to converse with me. Racism is real. Please know that Tallahassee is very small and you never know when you may encounter the same person that you mistreated.

Best location in Tally! We usually do curbside pickup but drive thru occasionally. The employees are always so nice and helpful. Our order has never been wrong as far in the few years we've been coming here. Wait times are much better than the Magnolia location. The store is clean and well stocked. Keep up the good work!
Parking: Parking lot has a decent amount of spots. The curbside spots are easy to get in and out of. The drive thru is well managed and easy to get through.
