I found a hair in my food by mistake and called the store right away. Allison answered and was extremely professional and kind. She apologized, assured me that everyone was wearing their hairnets, and immediately made it right. She refunded my meal, remade my order fresh, and even gave me coupons for a future visit. I pulled into the drive-thru at 10:27 a.m. with only one car ahead of me. By the time I reached the order taker at 10:30, I asked about breakfast sandwiches. He started to answer, his iPad dinged, and then he abruptly told me breakfast was over. I was already in line before breakfast ended, and given there was only one vehicle in front of me, they absolutely should have honored the breakfast menu. Instead, I was told I had to order lunch, which I did not want.
To make matters worse, once you're in their drive-thru “mousetrap,” there’s no way to exit. You’re stuck waiting behind cars picking up lunch whether you want to be there or not. Poor customer service is frustrating, but the real problem is the dangerous, poorly designed parking lot that traps drivers with no safe escape route.
I won’t be going back.

🐓 minis were spot on with their slight honey taste, but the grilled 🐓 egg white muffin was top notch. Great walk-in service. Parking is skinny at this location and depending on traffic could be an issue getting out of.

I always have an easy time ordering, as well as receiving freshly cooked food.
This location should of never got renovated. It was much faster as a one lane drive thru. Back when it was one lane even on the busiest times you would be out within 7 minutes. Now wait times have changed 10-15 minutes sitting in line and with the structure of the line you are getting your food and then stuck behind several cars still waiting for theirs.

The mobile order drive thru is way slower than just regular drive. I have tried it several times. I arrive, zip up to the front, making note of the last car in the regular drive thru. There might be 2-3 cars in front of me in the mobile lane. Then every single car that was in the regular drive thru and often several more that arrived after me will be served before I get my food in the mobile Lane. Don't use the mobile Lane.
